The hotel is clean and located between 10mins walk from hotel to bugis MRT station. The breakfast have only two choices which is fine by us. The stuffs are friendly, courteous and very helpful indeed The room reasonable in size that can accommodate a large bag with two small hand carry luggages. The toilet are modern contemporary. Booked this hotel for a staycation. Location was good with alot of food around the area. In between both Lavender and Bugis station. Breakfast wasn't good, only had 2 choices and both weren't that great. But for the amount paid i guess was acceptable. Pool was really very small. free Wifi Overall, good for the amount paid.

Stayed 2 nights recently and nothing wrong since internet price was quite decent. The restaurant serves interesting Paranakan food and location is fine. Only complaint is the pool is very small and impossible for 2 swimmers together at the same time!

My friend and I stayed over 21-22 November and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean and well appointed, and the "pink room" had really lovely decor, perfect for relaxing and chilling in front of the TV. Su, the desk staff, was very polite and knowledgable, and told us about all sorts of perks -- like that breakfast is... More

A quaint and decent hotel located at Lavender just couple of minutes walk from both the Bugis and Lavender metro station. Unlike the impression it gives you as you enter or from outside, this place has small but beautiful rooms. Provides you amenities beyond what you expect for a budget hotel and free breakfast. Limited staff but always ready and... More

Location: Great. It is located within 10 minute walk of three metro stations (green, blue, and orange). The building is next to a Southern themed bar which was packed (not noisy though). There is also a small shopping area nearby. Room and amenities: Good. Small but clean. Free wifi is fast enough and free breakfast was pretty good. We didn't... More

Ardennes Hotel is a 3-4 year old boutique hotel right close to the Bugis shopping district. Not all taxi drivers are familiar with the hotel so it pays to know its address and other landmarks around the hotel. The hotel itself is set inside a transformed 3-floor shop house, yet most rooms are found on the 1st and 2nd floors.... More

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, with it only being a 5-10 minute walk from the local subway station, a few minutes on the train brings you into the center of Singapore. The staff are extremely attentive, they cannot do enough. The hotel certainly isn't the biggest but that adds to its charm. Don't... More

The rates are in the S$120--250 range; and currently having promotion with some discounts given. The rooms space is small and quite well furnished. The hotel... More

It's a small hotel where you are like a family. It's easy to be known, they have 7 or 8 rooms. Staff are really friendly and helpful.I came really early but could not check in earlier since the room was occupied and they had no alternative. I crashed on the sofa at the reception, but it was far too cold.... More

Staying in Kampong Glam

Neighborhood Profile
Kampong Glam
This traditionally Malay enclave of Singapore offers an alluring array of shops, cafes, and bars. A walk down Haji Lane offers quirky shopping, while one block over, Arab Street is a treasure trove of brightly colored fabrics, clothing, and Turkish rugs. Stop for a leisurely coffee or cocktail and watch local kids play traditional games along the lane. Also home to the Malay Heritage Center and one of Singapore’s most prominent mosques (Sultan Mosque), Kampong Glam is a must-visit for a tantalizing taste of Malay life in this city.
