Stayed overnite on the way home to Jakarta. Found this hotel is quite small, even after the room being upgrade to executive room. The bathroom is definitely small. Even when you are carefully taking bath, one can easily wet the entire floor. Should you stay @ this hotel and take a cab, pls tell the taxi driver it's near Albert... More

1. Slow wifi and have to pay for it. You can have it free but you need to call at the reception everyday for the password as it expires after 24hrs. 2. Room is not that clean. Hairs from other guests are everywhere and dusts are visible on the television and telephone set. 3. This part was really annoying for... More

Match box size rooms. Awful bellboy service. You need to pay for wifi facility, though they have business center where you can browse. We wanted indian vegitarian breakfast, we did not get it on the first day, though they managed it for the rest of the days. If you are a vegitarian you need to inform them well in advance.

I'm currently staying at the Parc Sovereign. I booked the room through Expedia at a significant discount, so no complaints there. However, at no time in the booking process was I told that Internet access wouldn't be included in the price of my room. I'm now paying an additional $10 a day to use the hotel's wifi, which I find... More

Value of money, very reasonable price with nice room and swimming pool and good customer service.Room is small but clean. Swimming pool is clean and beautiful. The nearly mrt is Lavender station, walking distance around 10-15 minutes. Will stay here for second time.

The hotel is located in a quiet area walking distance from the Lavandar MRT. Many eating areas around with great food to try out. Room is quite small and so are the beds. For those of you who roll around be careful its easy to fall off the bed. Bathroom is very tiny so you have difficulty closing the glass... More

Excellent service given. I did not get train tickets from Malaysia to Singapore so had to take bus where I reached early morning at 4 am. Their check in time is 3 pm where earliest they could give was at 10 am. They took the initiative and transferred us to their other hotel at thyritt road where gave us the... More

Our room was so tiny we struggled to find space to open our luggages. We didn't have much of a view either with our window facing the building next door. Staff were somewhat helpful, but a little slow with their service. We also found them particularly unfriendly, which casted an even more gloomy and depressing atmosphere to the hotel. The... More

The BF booked the Deluxe resort and boy, was I excited! I had been viewing the hotel online ever since it opened. I have done so many staycaytions and I really wanted something a little different this time. ROOM: I must admit that I was a little tad bit disappointed when we reached the room, it was rather small. Opened... More

New hotel, excellent room service, linen and towels changed daily. No microwave or toaster just a kettle and small fridge. No plates, cutlery, we had to buy a bottle opener. Rooms lovely but small, not suitable for a family. Restaurant downstairs too expensive to eat at. 7/11 and street food up the road. In a poor, dirty area of Lavender,... More
