I stayed for 5 days. The location is perfect and the stuff was really nice. The only problem was the the room was too small... 8 mr2, which is very small. The price is higher but compared to others hotel in Singapore is good price. For sure when I'll be back I'll visit again the hotel. :) Really recommended.

the room cleaning is very bad. it make our room messy (other than bed). however, there is no ways to indicate we would not need any room cleaning. the front desk just told us to paste a meno on the door to indicate that. also we asked the front desk is there any famous traditional food nearby. he just simply... Stayed here as most of the places were booked. Rooms were way to small. Ok for a day or two but not longer. Except that it was quite near to Chinatown mrt dont see any other advantage. Will look for better options in the future. Suggest you check rooms before booking.

Not only this hotel, but others in the same price range, we are very dissalointed by the quality of rooms. Photos are deceiving that they look much nicdr than actually are. If you are expecting a quality of $100 usd hotel in other country like Japan, you must pay doble for the same quality in Singapore. Only positive thing about... More

A budget option in the Chinatown area. My double room was comfortable enough, and while small (this is Singapore), it didn't feel that narrow. A couple of internet-connected iPads next to the elevators was a nice touch (for those of us without smart devices), though I found the internet painfully slow. The hotel itself, however, feels very dark and sombre.... More

The room is old, smell musty and dusty. I was bitten by bugs. And during our 2 nights stay. The 2nd night the aircon is not working, the room was so hot and when we asked to have the room change, the staff told us there was no other room available and they give a standing fan in exchange.

When we were checking out later 5 mins, your room-maid had some bad things. They came in the room and wanted to throw our package out side. My kids were so scared and I wonder this your services is? The airconditioner was not working, I told with receptionist and no more feedback. I hope you will change and make it... More

Staying in Chinatown

Neighborhood Profile
Chinatown
Chinatown is a classic combination of colorful sights, enticing smells, and sometimes startling sounds. The precinct is unique, however, in its blending of religions and cultures. A Hindu temple, an Islamic mosque, and a Chinese Buddhist temple sit almost side by side. This sense of cultural harmony continues as you venture just outside of Chinatown to the nightlife areas of Club Street and Duxton Hill. There you’ll mingle with Singapore’s multicultural residents at the modern bars and restaurants dotting the bustling streets. An afternoon in and around Chinatown will leave you culturally enlightened, well fed, and loaded with souvenirs. In the evening, reward yourself with a well-deserved cocktail as the locals come out to play.
