This hotel has a good design and funky elements. The location is ok but not fantastic so if location is important this is not the hotel for you. The staff were not very interactive and this was unfortunate considering the intimate nature of this boutique property as well as the decor and its edginess. I would have expected them to... More

I arrived very late at night and the staff were friendly and happy to greet me. I stayed in a Pantone room which was very cool I would say are only big enough for one person without a lot of luggage. Cons: To get into the bed you needed to climb a couple of stairs to get in and the... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay early in the New Year, quirky hotel in an interesting location. The booking process was straightforward, special requests acknowledged straight away. On arrival we were greeted by very friendly and courteous staff who took a lot of time to explain gadgets and services available. The room (Monotone) was actually more spacious than expected after reading... More

We were prepared after reading tripadvisor reviews and almost all was as we expected. Nice hip rooms, but somewhat small, very friendly personnel, good breakfast, near to public transport. Okay for a short stay, for a longer stay book a larger room elsewhere.

Hi jooplent, Thank you for your kind compliments. The Wanderlust team is very pleased to know that you enjoyed your stay. The rooms on the 2nd floor are capsule-like hence more cosy and compact. But if space is a factor, the rooms on the third and forth floor will be the ideal rooms. It is good to know that you... More

We didn't have high expectations when arriving because the cost for our stay seemed to be far below other boutique hotels. What a surprise! We stayed in the Pink Pantone weezer room and were amazed and dazzled by the staff and the possibilities the hotel offered. Breakfast every morning was a wonderful start to each day and the serving staff... More

Loved our stay at Wanderlust. Arrived late in the evening and check-in staff couldn't have been nicer. The Mono room was just awesome - the pop art was unique and elegant. Breakfast was incredible - and the croissants just melted in your mouth. We got a bit lost trying to find the MRT as there is construction along the walk,... More

This boutique hotel had received lots of hype through various sources. Indeed, the design is unique and it is situated in the cultural neighborhood of Little India. To get to the hotel, guests will have to walk along the shophouses and narrow streets (this is less ideal in sweltering afternoon heat). The hotel does stand out in the neighborhood -... More

We stayed in the PINK PANTONE Weezer room. I loved these themed rooms. While they are small, the place was clean, had a great vibe and was very well decked out. Rooms had personal coffee machines, the fridges were nicely stocked with some essentials after a long day walking Singapore. Breakfast, was fresh, tasty and set us up for the... More

Disappointing. After hearing all the raving reviews...Not worth $340 a night stay. Could have gone to an awesome pool villa in Bali with world class service for 3D2N. It's just a nice boutique hotel with nice themes. Empty shell. Guess it would be great as private getaway for couples only. NOT recommended for families. Booked the whimsical room, their stairs... Staying in Little India

Neighborhood Profile
Little India
With a strong local Indian community, this pocket of Singapore can feel like another place and time. Wander past traditional barbershops while local residents in brightly colored saris patronize retailers from decades past. Peruse streets lined with colorful shops as the aroma of curry tempts you to indulge. Listen to the Bollywood music echoing from storefronts and take in the stalls selling bright flowers, fabrics, and spices. At the 24-hour, four-level Mustafa Shopping Center, you can shop through the night and find everything from pharmacy and grocery items to Bollywood DVDs and diamond necklaces. Singapore’s Little India offers a colorful, lively taste of the subcontinent and is well worth the visit.
