We staid there for three nights in May and we loved it. The staff is very friendly. The only negative is the check in process, it took us and hour to check because there was only two check in staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Fun, clean hotel with great facilities. The pool and gym are 5 star, rooms spacious and service was excellent. Added advantage of adjoining casino and a couple of nice bars including Ku De Ta which is worth a visit. Only issue is location. Prefer staying on Orchard Rd where there is more going on.

This hotel has got it all. Prime location, awesome infinity pool, good amenities and a splendid room apart from one thing. Staff service. Not saying that the services are bad but compared to hotel like Ritz Carlton, I have to say they got to try harder.
