Adelene met us on the day we arrived and was extremely helpful right up till the last day. She was friendly and remarkably experienced. Despite the small rooms, the place was clean all the time, also thanks to Adelene efficiency!

Simple place, and basic facilities, but excellent location and very friendly host. Perfect for those who intend to not spend time inside but rather explore the city. Location close by metro stop and bus to Malaysia, walking distance from central attractions, and right at the muslim district which is great for going out (live music, drinks, water pipe). Extremly helpful... More

The rooms are small but the aircon in them works well. The shared bathrooms could do with an upgrade but work fine. The breakfast is just a few slices of toast, but its a start to the day. Bascially the place is fine to spend the night as long as you are out for the day

We stayed here for one night. It was close to the bus stop to KL and close to a shopping centre and the Encounter escape room that we did. We moved here because our other hostel (Moni Gallery) was unbelievably awful. The free WIFI was very fast. The bathrooms were a little grubby but fine. The bedroom was pretty small... More

Had a wonderful time staying here and enjoyed my trip to Singapore. I wasn't very sure about this place after reading previous reviews. However, I decided to give it a try regardless, and I was treated very well. The rooms are definitely value for money, especially with the location of the hostel, right in the heart of the city! I... Location was pretty good, wifi was so fast! but the rooms are tiny for how much you pay and the bathrooms are just a little awkward to use, not much info was given about breakfast and i didn't see any sight of it?

brilliant location & although shabby, this hostel is kept very clean. as a senior age traveller, i have become rather picky but i would use this hostel again in the future. it was quiet enough at night for a good sleep which is very important to me. at present there are no dorms - only twin & double rooms -... A good and cheap place to stay in Singapore for backpacker. You'd be satisified to stay in this hostel for as long as possible. It gives you a breakfast and free wi-Fi. It has a nice clean room with a good cleaning service (usually every two days if you stay for more than 2 days) and free coffee and tea... More

I had an awful stay here. the rooms were really small, the bed touches the walls on three sides, there was no windows and the air conditioner wasn't working very well so the room was really hot. the only solution was to turn on the ceiling fan but you can't turn on the ceiling fan without turning on the ceiling... We originally booked two beds of shared dorm, but they asked us to pay for private room without notification beforehand, saying that their shared dorms were full. Also, when we about to leave, they asked us to pay for washing clothes by hands.

I am sorry but your review is not acceptable. This is written due to the reason we charge you for washing clothes. Sir we have Paid laundry facility and it is clearly mentioned in every room too. Then you washed the clothes yourself in the bathroom while spending 1+ hour and blocking the bathroom for other guests. I remember you... More
