Wow is not IN the city centre, is not a fancy place, but if you're on a budget and your back need a rest, that's the perfect place: cheap, clean, simple, basic. Singapore can become quite expensive compared to other places in South East Asia, but Wow will help you save some s$ sleeping in his big, mix, a/c, dorm, or... More

The beds and location are good, but that's all. - You pay 10% extra service charge, but don't expect any service. We didn't agree about this and kept talking and at the end we didn't had to pay this, so give it a try :-) - They charge extra money for many things, so be aware (for example for single... More

I would say NO NO NO and NO. The only reason you could go for it is the subway at 1 min. To arrive in the building, it is very dirty (how is it possible? Nothing is dirty in Singapore), rooms are ridiculously small as I could even not let my bag inside the room. Bathroom was dirty and breakfast... More

The staffs was so rude and incompetent. The room, toilet and front desk was so dirty. I can't believe that this place that look more like a storeroom can be opened as a backpacker hostel. Even though it was close to train station, but the noise at night was really disturbing. I will not be back there anymore. Thanks...

Very close to the train station, you can get a train straight from the airport to Alljunied (where the hostel is) and you literally walk 1 minute and you're there The area is a bit of a let down, it's a bit dirty but suppose you have to expect places like that, not directly in the city centre There are... They have crammed way to many bunk beds into rooms, and people come and go at all hours which inhibits the ability to sleep. It is over staffed, and the staff seem to all live in the hostel occupying beds that are not booked that night, during the day they lounge around watching TV and using the communal computers. I... We stayed there for 3 days and it was good enough. Clean beds, clean room and clean shower and toilet. Moreover, there is Wifi ! And the best: near a metro station, so very convenient. So if you are a traveler who just go there for sleeping, it's perfect! Otherwise, you won't have a special animation, or luxurious comfort.

stayed here for 2 nights as it was one of the cheapest in Singapore and wasn't sure what to expect. The location is right next to mrt which is very handy and although its in the red light district this wasn't a problem. no one ever bothered us and we felt safe at night. The rooms were small but its... More

At $40 a night for a teeny tiny private room (bunk beds with barely enough space to maneuver), it's really expensive for what it is.. should be $15/night then we'd be find with it. Nothing wrong with the place really.. just a nothing place in a nothing area. PROS -right next to the Aljunied metro (closer if you're at the... More
