This hotel is perfect to feel in the gap between flights. The room for three ($S115 for 6 hours) is large enough for one double and one single bed. Check in is quick as one doesn't have to go through customs. Make sure you send yourluggage to your final destination, otherwise you will have to go through customs to collect... More

Our stopover was just part of our flight bookings but the reality set in when we were there at 6 am and our flight out at 8pm. We had thought about trips during the day but it all seemed to early and too long to survive. Normal hotels were at least double this and here we were with a potential... More

Staying airside makes this hotel very worth while. Ten minutes from aircraft to check in at the hotel. Checkin was fast and friendly. Room was clean, and comfortable, bed was very nice. Bathroom was very clean and offered all the amenities of larger hotels. Flat screen tv, free internet, and it is so quiet no noise from aircraft at all.... More

Nice large rooms with comfortable beds, large shower and quiet. A perfect place to stop if you have a layover for 6 or more hours, close to all the amenities and shops in the terminal as well. We would have rated it five stars except for the cleanliness of the floors - there was some hair in the carpet and... More

We had an early morning flight from Singapore to the United States and decided to stay our last night at this transit hotel (and visit Changi Airport) rather than leave the Marriott early in the morning by taxi and arrive so early when most of the airport facilities were closed. This worked out very well, other than the difficulty in making... Our family stayed in the T3 Ambassador Transit Lounge Hotel and whilst the experience was not bad we were disappointed to find the showers were NOT clean ie: many hairs found on floor/wall of the shower. For the money they should have higher standards so watch out for that. But as a monopoly they can probably do what they like....

We had booked a room here long before our departure. Had a 7:50 hours layover between our flights from Christchurch to Rome. Booked a 6:00 hour time frame. Room number 309. Spacious, clean, with two single (very comfortable) beds. Quiet. No window, but there was a wall curtain to simulate a fake window, probably for those who suffer claustrophobia. Staff... More

This is a great concept! We came to Changi in the morning and not flying again before the evening. Getting 6 hrs of sleep here before our long flight downunder was just what we needed. The room were big and clean, although the standard average. It looks a bit old, not matching the overall Changi standard, but still suiting its... More

We're a family of 4: 2Ad 2Ch again stay at this hotel on our way in and out of Australia from Jakarta. We stay at this hotel more than 10 times. As usual we opted for 2double rooms facing the tarmac From c/in to c/out, our experience is pleasant for both software; staff attitude, friendliness, efficiency, overall service and hardware;... It's always a welcome respite. A wonderful, clean, safe, quiet place to take a shower and be horizontal for as many hours as you need in between countries and flights. They have everything but deodorant so it's easy to freshen up and move on! The wakeup calls are impeccable and the staff is very pleasant, accommodating, and professional.
