I had just twelve hours stopover in Singapore. No time to leave the airport. I have never used transit accommodation before, I was very pleasantly surprised. Clean accommodation, everything I needed, good night's sleep, and as I am quite old I valued the helpful receptionist who helped me use the lift 😊

We were in transit from Bali to London, arriving late evening with a fairly early start next day. We managed 7.5 hours sleep in a comfortable twin room. Staying airside means no hassle with security clearance and baggage. The room was clean basic and highly functional. The prices are reasonable and seemed to be charged by the hour. We booked well... If you want to "freshen up" between flights this hotel is well worth the modest expense. The rooms are compact & many do not have windows but we have always found them to be amazingly quiet, considering they are in the middle of a very busy airport terminal. The rooms have a comfortable bed and an excellent bathroom/shower. They are... More

Wouldn't want to stay more than enough time to shower & have quick nap. No windows & claustrophobic! Still great to have somewhere to dump bags & have look around. The min time the rent rooms out for is 6 hours & then sing$16.50 per hour

We usually book a room here both ways for our Australia/Uk flights. It gives us a good break to shower, sleep & eat before facing the next leg of the journey. Always quiet, comfortable bed & the facilities at Changi are brilliant. Would recommend highly.

My wife and I stayed here for 6 hours during an 8 hour stop on the way to Athens for shower and sleep. Cost virtually nothing - only $11 Sing cash on top of the 2 x $40 Changi Dollar Vouchers we picked up on arrival at the airport -http://www.singaporeair.com/jsp/cms/en_UK/promotions/transit-promotion.jsp Not really hungry, so we just got some instant noodles... We had a 6 hour stop-over at Singapore Airport and pre-booked this hotel before catching a long flight to Barcelona (13 hours). The hotel a little hard to find and quite a long walk from where we exited our plane. Check in was painfully slow, despite having pre-booked; they wanted to know our passport numbers, home addresses etc which seemed... More

We had a 15 hour stopover between our arrival from Manchester and our onward flight to Adelaide. After taking a free city tour which was available to us we returned to the airport and booked an eight hour room (the minimum is six hours). The staff dealt with our booking with impeccable speed. It was great to be able to... More

It is not a super 5-star standard hotel, but it is sufficient and very convenient for any travelers transiting in Changi airport. The room is not too big not too small. There is no window in the room and the bathroom is pretty basic. There is no Wifi connection in the room. So, the room is really just for you... More
