2 Nights in Singapore was not bad for sightseeing and shopping in the little city. The country of the best airport in the world. But I don't think so because the ceiling is too low. A lot of people from many countries at the shopping center.

After the closing of the Gallery hotel in Robertson Quay I tried the Park hotel instead. It's very central to Clarke Quay and all the usual River front restaurants. A very nice pool area but the service wasn't very attentive. The corridors are a bit noisy if you're trying to sleep in after a long flight but otherwise a good... More

We made a one-off 24 hour visit to Singapore and the hotel could not have been better. The staff were all extremely helpful, and the concierges made our exploration of Singapore easy, interesting and convenient. The help from bellman Sarjit in particular put us at ease. The pool was a lovely place to relax and the food was excellent.

We stayed for 3 nights and paid more for a higher floor. Our room had a deep window overlooking the river. The rooms are fairly compact but absolutely adequate for our needs and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The position is a 15 minute walk to China Town and a pleasant 15 minute walk along the river... More

Worth every cent. The staff were so friendly and helpful and their attention to detail made us feel like royalty. If you are looking for the little extras this is definitely the place to go. Thank you.

I had some issues on my first visit 3 years ago. My second visit - no problems at all. All staff were attentive, courteous and overall I was happy with service received. I could see that issues I had at first visit must be on record! All the staff were very courteous, efficient and I never had any issues during... More

I was back again for a 4 nights' stay on business. I received a note 2 days' prior to arrival which gave me a heads-up to start packing. This was certainly welcoming especially when I am travelling mid-week and Mondays and Tuesdays are normally rather full-on days at the office. I arrived in the afternoon and as usual, they were... Our second stay in 8 months. The staff and the service are tops. The rooms are clean and the food is perfect. As a regular swimmer, it is great to stay in a hotel with a proper swimming pool. The location is perfect if using Singapore's very affordable and clean public transport. We hope to return for a week next... More

Staying in The Quays

Neighborhood Profile
The Quays
From Marina Bay, a walk along Singapore River will take you through the three Quays of the city, each offering a very different atmosphere. Boat Quay features historical sites and a buzzing riverfront vibe. Clarke Quay caters to the party crowd, while Robertson Quay appeals to the leisurely wanderer. Weekends at Robertson Quay and Martin Road also give a peek into the lives of expats in Singapore, as the riverfront teems with joggers, dog walkers, and those getting their caffeine fix over brunch or enjoying a burger and a beer. No matter what you’re up for, the three Quays have something to keep you happy, day or night.
