Great hotel location nr Clark Quay with access to the river and many restaurants. Staff and facilities good for a short break. The one hour guest login wifi is a pain as you have to keep resetting it.

I stayed here for 4 nights in October 2014, and I must say it was a fantastic stay! They have great shuttle services every hour to the local MRT station and to Orchard street. Super food and super location. Just a few mins walk from the main Clarke Quay area.

My husband and I recently stayed at the Crystal Club and we wanted to thank Evelyn and her team for a wonderful experience. The staff were all very friendly and attentive and it was a pleasure to go into the lounge for breakfast and drinks/canapés in the evening. Our individual requests were always met with a warm smile and "nothing... More

Booked the superior room at S$180. The superior room is located at the lower floor, whereas deluxe room is at the higher floor, no differences between the two rooms other than high/low floor. Double bed is queen size bed, requested twin room to join two single beds to form bigger bed. Room, bathroom, writing desk are small in size. Quite... More

Good location for exploring Singapore. Clarke Quay a five minute walk, China Town ten minutes walk. Close to the many circular tour bus stops which take you to the many other sites of the city. Rooms are claimed to be 24m sq, but appear small if you have two suit cases with you. Limited place for hanging clothes. It would... More

The rooms in this hotel are big enough fir 1 person so clostrophobic we had to keep our door open for 11 days and kept having to step over our suit cases. Its miles from the city and the room service and house keeping were just horrid we had to ask them to vaccum our floors and empty the bin... More

I've stayed here before on business, it's still doing the great job it was doing last time. It's in a great location, the staff are all very friendly and very helpful. Thankfully the internet connections are first class, free and work across multiple devices! (some of the bigger hotel brands need to take note). A huge help for the business... More

Hotel is located in the middle of the city. Taking a cab to the main shopping and financial districts are within mins. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. It was raining almost everyday in dec and whenever i stepped out of the hotel, I was offered an umbrella by the staff. Shuttle bus provided between sister hotels and other key... More

Staying in The Quays

Neighborhood Profile
The Quays
From Marina Bay, a walk along Singapore River will take you through the three Quays of the city, each offering a very different atmosphere. Boat Quay features historical sites and a buzzing riverfront vibe. Clarke Quay caters to the party crowd, while Robertson Quay appeals to the leisurely wanderer. Weekends at Robertson Quay and Martin Road also give a peek into the lives of expats in Singapore, as the riverfront teems with joggers, dog walkers, and those getting their caffeine fix over brunch or enjoying a burger and a beer. No matter what you’re up for, the three Quays have something to keep you happy, day or night.
