Staff and facilities are absolutely wonderful. Breakfast is good quality and varied. Only hitch was taxi availability, as I waited an hour for a taxi to take me to Tuas. They said it was due to heavy rain, but a couple taxis didn't want to take me there. They need a better plan to get taxis for their guests.

My first impression was that this hotel was a little cramped. However, despite making use of every square inch, the hotel functions exceptionally well and doesn't seem overcrowded. The service is impeccable and the staff are more than helpful. Lots of inclusions and freebies make this hotel excellent value.

The all inclusive service spoilt us! We especially love the movie night esp with the snacks and drinks provided. Add that to the night view of Singapore, it was a great night of fun and de-stressing from work. Would stay here again anytime! Staying here was such a pleasure! Infinity pool open 24 hours, great view of the city, modern and clean hotel- pretty good food for a 3 day stay...located walking distance from the famous shopping street. the service is what really impressed me, so gracious and helpful. We would stay here easily again!

Absolutely brilliant hotel in the most perfect location. Modern, funky, efficient and clean. Staff are very professional and helpful. Perfect for people who want to be near Orchard Road but not on Orchard Road.
