Let's face it, all you really want is a few hours peace and quiet in a cool environment. You can get that, but the quiet in the T2 hotel isn't a given - doors slamming, people walking/talking by your room and so on. We booked a triple for 10 hours, and despite me changing the booking a number of times... More

Good place to have a nice rest and relax. Pool area was very nice and also very hot if you like tropical heat. Nice wines and beers at the bar, and quite reasonable. Airport in Singapore is cavernous, but quite efficient. A little difficult to get a straight answer when enquiring about directions. Strangely a very nice shop assistant helped... More

Stayed here for a few hours with my family after a long flight from New Zealand. Room ok. Staff could be a little more welcoming. A smile would have been nice. Swimming pool very good. I would certainly stay here again as was very convenient to be able to get off plane and straight into a hotel room.

I had a 10 hour transit at Changi Airport enroute to Vietnam, and knowing I was flying 10 hrs overnight from NZ, decided to book myself a room at the Transit Hotel so I could catch up on some sleep. Very glad I did. After getting the Skytrain from Terminal 1 to Terminal 2, I simply followed the signs to... More

We were flying to Sydney with two children (10 & 7yrs) and wanted to break the journey so booked the Ambassador transit hotel for 10hrs but on check in were told they would reserve it for 12hrs as it worked out cheaper than 10hrs. We arrived in terminal 1 and the hotel was in terminal 2 but it is a... More

Good points: very clean, great shower, very convenient Bad points: leftover from 1970's school camp: completely soul-less, staff that parrot motherhood statements but cannot actually listen to feedback let alone take action. Bed is hard (sleep on the floor), 2 hard pillows only, absolutely no decoration whatsoever, no fridge, noisy (you must make a noise to get in or out,... More

Staff were expecting us. Check in only took a few minutes. Room was clean and very comfortable. Everything you would need for a six or more hour stop over. Hot shower and amenities. Did not hear a sound and we all had a great sleep. The Hotel gave us a wake up call for the plane. Highly recommend this Hotel... More

After a long flight and facing an even longer one, the opportunity of a comfortable bed, hot shower and time to relax was much needed. Transit hotels are an excellent way to recoup a little energy and this one is no exception. Staff were efficient and service could not be faulted with reminder call coming on the dot. Rooms allow... The minimum period one can book the transit hotel for is six hours from memory. I usually stop off in Singapore on my way to Europe because it breaks up what would otherwise be a very long trip. As most people know airline cabins are depressurised to about 70% of sea level air pressure and it is a good thing... More

After a long flight all we really needed was a bed and shower and that's all we got. Rooms are pretty basic but very clean. Bathroom small but adequate. It was very hot and the air conditioner was not working so we were given a pedestal fan. Not great but better than nothing.
