Easy check-in, very friendly, rates not to bad considering the rest you can get in between flights, very clean comfortable beds, quite a few different rooms options. Basic room with tea, coffee, no fridge . Nice clean shower, toilet. We had a 10 hr layover with a 10yr old so it was well the money, to be able to get... More

Easy check-in, the Receptionists are very accommodating and helpful, rooms are small, basic for layovers but clean and relaxing, fab shower! No wi-fi though! Love the location, it is close to shops and restaurants. Basically, it's like your home inside the airport.

Have used the Transit Hotel on every trip we have made to other points in SE Asia. The check-in is quick and efficient, the rooms are small but well kept and perfect for layovers, especially after long flights. The booking system works fine and you normally get a response with the next day or two. There are always shops and... More

I have been staying in the transit hotel in T2 for over 10 years. The hotel is perfect for long transit times at the airport and the rooms are clean, comfortable and offer a great service for the price. The booking procedure is often difficult as the hotel does not accept bookings on the same day and wants a few... More

Obviously brilliant idea if you have 6 to 12 hour layover, but the rooms are basic to the point of Spartan, and the constant shouting (or so it seemed) of guests and/or staff through the night meant sleep impossible. More signs asking for peace -- some in Chinese -- a good idea, better sound insulation of doors the only real... More

We stayed at the transit hotel in terminal 2 for about 4 hours between flights. It was the first time I'd tried it out - we have two little kids, which meant a 4 hour wait at Changi was not going to be fun otherwise. Check-in at the hotel was quick and friendly. We got to our room within a... More

Quiet clean room. Airport is HUGE, and your walk could be substantial. I was pleased with room and amenities. Surprised my room had no window (no natural light), which made me a little nervous given how tired and time-disoriented I was. The Transit hotel at Terminal 2 has NO wifi. I think Terminal 3 does. Will try that one next... More

As the other travellers have pointed out, I had a quiet, clean room, though of course, without windows. I paid around 125$ for 9 hours. A decent room in the city might have cost around the same or less, but this still is the best option if you don't want to leave the airport.

Although we have transited in Singapore many times before we came upon the Ambassador by change whilst aimlessly walking around trying to kill time until the next flight out. We were pleasantly surprised that there was still a few rooms vacant and spent 8 hours sleeping on a bed and not having to make do with an airport chair. The... More

Arrived at Terminal 2 with SQ flight at around 10pm. Went directly to see the hotel. Fortunately there's still room available. A very standard room, enough for sleeping couple hours before I take the first SQ flight to Jakarta. No wifi available in the room, you need to go to hotel lobby and outside down floor.
