“Overpriced and a typical lack of service that I have unfortunately come to expect from Singapore.”

Music was playing in a neighbouring room until 4 am in the morning , which prevented me from sleeping. Staff was unable to help despite repeated calls to the "whenever whatever" service line. I requested room to be made up various times , but by his return from his evening dinner, nothing had been done.

“Worst service ever”

Went there for a summer beach club party organised by Veuve cliquot. After ordering a bottle organised with this brand, waited for 30min. The waiter came and said: the bottle will come in 5min. Waited another 10 min and left. Is it a joke? Was the bottle shipped from France?

“Spectacular view and a beautiful hotel”

We checked in at W Hotel and upon registration took pictures of this beautiful hotel! You have to get up to their 2nd floor for the guest registration.
