Cleanliness: The room is not properly cleaned as there are a lot of dust and spider webs just behind the bed frame. As the bed frame is facing the window hence it is not clearly visible. But once you tried to move closer to the window for the view, you can see all the dirt and dust there. The bed... More

Stayed 2 nites. Check-in was fast. I found that the staff there (receptionist & driver) are happier and friendier than Costa Sand downtown east. They are more approachable. Room wise is so much better than downtown east. Its interior is cosy although a little small but acceptable. Was given room 207 upon checked in but fridge and aircon was not... More

We stayed in one of their "deluxe" double rooms. Although this is possibly the cheapest hotel rate you can get on this very touristy island, ~$200 a night is still quite an amount for such a basic room. Apart from that, what we found appalling was the very poor cleanliness and maintenance of the room. 1) There were ants crawling... More

Basically this hotel is perfect if your a bagpacker and if you don't mind staying in unclean and cramped rooms. Me and 3 other lads stayed in one of the huts which had no toilet and just 2 bunk beds! It was tiny, full of ants and never really cleaned! But you get what you pay for and Sentosa isn't... More

We stayed one night at this hotel during September school holidays. Booked two deluxe room. The hotel well maintained but a bit old. The swimming was clean and not crowded. The amenities was basic but for the price cannot complained. Requested for baby cot, they arranged FOC. Requested for extra pillow, they want to charged $3/- per pillow. Overall, quite... More

Two things I really hated: 1. The dirty shared bathrooms for those who checked-in at their Kampung Huts like I did. Freaking dirty as if they haven't cleaned it for a month. Could'nt stay in there longer than 5 mins. 2. The Kampung Huts. Too small I don't know how they managed to fit two bunk beds for a room... More

Resort is located right at the Siloso beach, accessible via a stairway. Excellent location if you intend to visit the beaches on Sentosa. Service is also excellent. Staff called me on the day of my check-in to check on types of bed required. I had requested for 2 twin beds but as there was no available, they called to inform... More

My colleague booked a room under our cooperate scheme, so we went along. To get to the chalet, we took the monorail, then beach tram. Then climb a flight of stairs, walk passed the swimming pool and another flight of stairs to reception. Reception staff are prompt and polite, so are the cafe staff. Room was tiny - it accomodated... My sister booked a compact room with 2 single beds for the weekend. I think there was an elevator but we just used the staircase since our room was on the 3rd floor anyway. The pool seemed clean - I didn't take a dip since the ocean was just minutes away. There is an in house restaurant that serves decent... More
