Booked through Resort World website using Master Card I was supposed to get the deluxe room, but instead I was offered the free upgrade to suite room upon arrival. It was fantastic. The female receptionist was so friendly. The room itself was spacious, clean, well-designed and well-equipped. The only shortcoming was that the room was still not ready when I... More

I was at Sentosa for a week. Four days on business and three days for leisure. The good: 1) Location: If your plan is around visiting just Sentosa in Singapore, the hotel being on the resort island is very conveniently located with Universal Studio and all of the island's other attractions being walking distance. If you plan to visit the... More

The room was nice and comfy but the customer service is not good. We were asked to wait until 5.30pm before we can check-in. We were attended by some not so friendly front desk officer.

Drove to the Hotel and the first thing we realised was that signage was confusing getting to the Hotel lobby. Whilst a car jockey service is available at the entrance, one invariably ends up following the signs into the car park which is vast. Would recommend using the car jockey service. The Hotel is part of the Resorts World Complex... More

definatly the wow factor. We were lucky and were up grade to a suite, and omg, it is double the size of a superior room, with 3 t.v, including 1 at the end of the massive bath, so as you relax you can watch cartoons.....err.. I mean the latest stock quotes. Go spoil your self.

Stayed here with cousins back in feb, during the chinese new year period, just for fun! I can't exactly remember which type of room we stayed in, but i just remembered it being huge! Room was nice, clean and standard. The highlight was really the bathroom. The bathtub had a tv screen facing it! We all took turns taking a bath.... More

Stayed in this hotel on several occasions. Whenever we intend to spend the day in the theme park (Universal Studio Singapore) doing shopping at VivoCity and a visit to the Casino We were never disappointed and impress by the quality of the bed which we always have the best sleep ever. Reasonably breakfast spread (both east and west). However, the... More

The whole theme of Hotel Michael is that it is very arty-farty. The lobby and rooms have that very gallery effect which is great but totally lost on the kids. They just want to have an awesome pool. So we would walk all the way to Hard Rock Hotel to their very awesome beach-pool. That's right, they have real sand... More

The Hotel Michael is located in the ResortWorld complex on Sentosa. The rooms are quite a good size but are overcrowded with ornaments, drawers and decoration. This was definitely not to my taste. The bathroom was covered in mosaic tiles. The room was way too expensive for what it was. I would definitely stay at Hard Rock instead, which is... More

I was visiting Singapore on a mixture of business pleasure and I certainly would not choose this hotel for a pure business stay. If the management were more visible then this could truly be a 5 star residence.
