the hotel is ok but the services that offers are really poor,10 dollar to get wifi connection with just one device, when we asked for hands towels we ve been told that this hotel doesn't provide them, even with a premiere room, after completing a tour of south east Asia we found the hotels in Vietnam more accommodating than this hotel!the... Right above the Lavender MRT stop with many food places, this place is ideal for touring singapore. Even on the budget side (in singapore terms!) though, the hotel is slightly pricey. The pool is in the shade therefore cold. No service around the pool to speak of and you probably don't want to buy ridiculously priced beer from the hotel... More

Currently staying in a triple room. The rooms are tiny. So for 3, it is very squeezy. The toilet is super small. Breakfast is chargeable at SGD $14.00 unless your meal comes together with the room rate. Breakfast is definitely not worth it. DO NOT WASTE $14 at this hotel. There are various food centers around that serve better food... More

Nice hotel that you can easily reach by subway. Get on the train at the airport ( towards joon koo) and get off at Lavender. Make sure you get a room with view. Otherwise you might look at the other tower of the hotel and have to close curtains all time to have privacy.

I stayed at premier room for 2 nights with my father . it has a very large window that makes the room looks a litle bigger than its actual size, I love the view from the window . the room has all we need . also the mrt station just under the building . the room has a dark purple... More

Let me start by saying - we have travelled to many countries so the rooms are not going to be as big as places in Canada, USA, UK, Australia, Bali, Malaysia etc so realise this & you will be happy in Singapore! I stayed here for 7 nights in February/March 2012 and found it to be excellent! I arrived at... More

Almost every review here says that rooms are small and some reviewer says it wasn't a big deal because they didn't stay much in the room. Trust me, it is disappointing compared to the price, otherwise why would everyone mention it? Specially the bathroom. Even thou I stayed in a premier room. But everything else was good. Room was nice... More

Location location location! MRT station is right beside the hotel, once there you can practically get to anywhere in Singapore. Restaurants, food court and shops lined up in a neat pavilion connected to the hotel building. Food court boasts a variety of average local food 24 hours! We booked a triple room. Tiny it was. Hard have enough space for... More
