We stayed here for a night just yesterday, January 24. Coming from another hotel, we transferred here to complete our vacation. Check-in was easy, though not as quick. Having booked at Agoda, we were requested to deposit 1000 pesos that is refundable upon check-out. The room we had booked was a Grand Superior Room at the old wing but was... More

We have an upgrade from standard to deluxe room without a charge. Staffs are great :). Room was clean. Buffet breakfast is the best. Check-in procedure is fast and easy. We definitely stay here again. I recommend this hotel.

We went to Cebu City for the Sinulog festival and checked in this hotel. The room rate is pricey but the food served in their buffet breakfast and dinner are quite good. Service and WiFi connection are good making appointments doable and done in time. Accessible to all types of transportation to city proper. Enjoyed the festival with family.

i will be staying for two nights... so far, i am satified with their service. The room and comfort room is clean, but the hall way is dirty and dusty. it is near to ayala business park, and in good restaurants. but it is far from airport. some food is quite expensive for the taste 😄

I and my family with two children (aged four & six) booked a grand superior room with a window view. The room that they gave us had no windows at all. The door to enter the room was hard to open because it scraping on the bottom. That night i had a shower and the handle that you hold on... More

Castle peak Hotel is well located, just a short taxi ride to Ayala and other shopping malls. A quality room costs 60 Australian dollars. Rooms are neat, tidy and very serviceable. There is a daily buffet breakfast which is satisfactory. 200 pesos. All staff do their best and are friendly. They do appreciate the tips. I spoke with a young... More

Stayed overnight for a business trip. Took me 30 minutes at the reception desk before i could check-in. I requested for a room in the new wing and i assumed it was still well-kept. Was in for a surprise since the room smelled like a bar. the interior wall and carpet seemed to have absorbed the cigarette smoke. I kept... More

The only good thing about this Hotel is its location. no one can argue with that. As for the negatives, the list goes on and on. i been there twice, first trip nothing to mention as the hotel was empty due to aftershocks. Second trip they had quite a few guests, so that's when the bad service surfaces. Arrived at... More
