Located in Mabolo, this hotel sits in a nice neighborhood of Cebu City. I was impressed from the moment I showed up in my taxi. The hotel looked quite nice from outside. The doorman was friendly. Check-in was a breeze and the counter staff were friendly and helpful. We were offered the choice of the new section or the old... More

If your taller then 5 10" and your sleeping with some one else these beds suck. However great value for the tourist, they had internet in the room. I have to admit better showers then the Marriott Hotel which is three times the price. The location is not so bad but not the best in cebu. The price was fine... More

We stayed there for 1 night.Room is excellent. Front Desk are worst! My boyfriend settled our account before he leave, after few hours I check out and frontdesk officer told me i still need to pay some bills. She showed me some receipts. I paid it and went out. On my way to down town my boyfriend called me and said... More

A very well-appointed hotel with new furnishings and very friendly staff. The restaurant is very good, but there's even better choices nearby: great Japanese restaurants on the next block, and the Ayala Mall 5 minutes away has dozens of places to eat. I liked being close to the mall, even though I didn't come to shop. Getting a taxi was... More

I chose to stay at the Castle Peak Hotel during a visit to Cebu in July 2013. I booked the hotel on agoda.com and was quite happy throughout my stay there. The hotel is very well located and is close to the Airport and the Ayala Mall. It is in a pretty central location but does not suffer from noise.... More

They have the worst front office staff ever. They never got my requests right and I have to talk to many different people all the time for each of my request. When I had to extend my stay for a week, they forced me to pay for the whole rate of my stay and when I did not on the... More

I can say that the location is its biggest asset. It is minutes away from the airport, Ayala Mall and as well as the IT park.. There are also dining places nearby, if you don't want to eat in the hotel. Riding a cab and or jeepney is never a problem, you can just ask the receptionist for the directions... More

Location was it's biggest asset with it being a few minutes away either by walking or taking a cab to 2 largest malls in the city. Apart from that there are various eateries well within walking distance from the hotel that are cheaper and varied from what's being served at the hotel dining room. Check-in was prompt and the reception... More

It's central location was its biggest asset. Just a short taxi ride to reach almost any destination in Cebu. Taxi's are easy to get from the hotel and the taxi drivers knew where the hotel was when we were returning. Breakfast is not included but can be added for an additional Php 200 per person. The rooms were small but... More

I really don't have an complaints about The Castle Peak Hotel. It is a perfectly fine hotel that is minutes away from almost everything. The rooms are clean though small-ish. I stayed in a bed with a "double" bed. It proved to be a problem for me. The double bed was 2 twin beds pushed together with a foam pad... More
