I stayed at the Sarrosa for 11 days in July, 2014. My stay was very enjoyable. All of the employees were very gracious, helpful and displayed a true professional character. I realized while staying there, the Hotel is not out to "get me", but out to "please me" and make my stay as comfortable as possible. The front desk was... More

I stayed in Sarrosa for 2 weeks during my visit to Cebu PH . At first the hotel looks nice with a huge lobby and 4-5 People behind the reception all day long. The Breakfast provided in the hotel is the worst and shocking to see they have a flies all around and insects are roaming on the food, On... More

The place is conveniently located close to the heart of Cebu. You can go just about anywhere without any trouble. You can be trapped by traffic just about anywhere in Cebu but this hotel has all road arteries close to it that finding other road options can be easy. The best plus point for this hotel is its guarded parking... More

At first I was really amazed of the hotel coz of it's accessibility to anywhere in Cebu. But when I entered the bathroom I saw a used soap above the shower head. Then when we went to dip into their pool, it had a strong smell of chlorine and when we returned to our room I realized my hair dried... More

This hotel is in a great location. It is very close to both Ayala Mall and SM Mall, as well as countless restaurants. The room was small and definitely showing signs of age, but it was clean. The staff (house keeping, front desk, and dining) were all very friendly, polite, and professional. Overall it was a nice experience.

I searched a lot of different reviews to check out the Sarrosa and saw some that were just so unjustly bad compared to the others I thought I would give it a try. It was near Ayala where I had business and the price was right. Big hotel on a busy main street, very little noise inside the lobby and... More

We stayed here prior and after island hopping snd to shop in thr mall 5 minutes to your tight by taxi. We paid $ 35 including breakfast for gwo. Philippines breakfast. Hotel has a lot of local and Korean guests. Get a room in the back, away from the honking all day and night. We had room 209 no view,... More

i'm on the fence with the sarrosa international. the rooms are ok… sleep quality is good, but the hotel seems to focus more on conventions and weddings than ensuring that their guests are well taken care of. food and drink are expensive with little variety (ever stay at an international hotel that didn't know how to make a pina colada?)... I am a seasoned international traveler and this hotel is by far the absolute worst place I have ever been. It is seriously a joke how bad this place is. Sarossa looks nice from the street and that's about it. Inside they have a ridiculously high amount of about 8 people behind the desk at all times running around in... More

When we first arrived we were not happy with the room considering the price we had payed. It was so small and cramped it felt literally like a coffin. The air con worked only every second day. The walls were mapped with cracks showing little maintenance. The bathroom water was questionable as sometimes strange black specks would come out of... More
