It is such a disappointing experience. The staff especially those at the front desk were not accommodating. The place is not worth the price, the pools are always on treatment that’s why we cannot use it and already closed at 6 pm onwards and the beach is a swamp!.. I stayed in a one bedroom suite. The showerhead just kinda dribbled out the water, which took at least 10 minutes to get warm. But....The pool was great, location great, beach was nice, the staff was great. The breakfast was just o.k. The grounds were very nice. I think the positives outweighed the negatives, and the price was right. more

We had a very dissapointing stay in CBC. The room was very typical and smelled nasty! Even the toilet wasn't working! Travelled half of the world and this was the worst resort we've ever been to! You'll get a heat stroke eating in their restaurant! Will never ever come back in this resort again! A total nightmare! more
