I had to overnight in Cebu on my way to Bohol and needed a cheap hotel to relax in for a night. The Cebu R was a fantastic find. For approx. 1000 pesos I booked the basic single room but was upgraded to a suite on the top floor. My room had one large king bed, a sitting area, fridge,... More

I just left Cebu last night after staying there for 23 days and I loved the 1st class service. I have stayed in 5 star resorts that did not give me the high level of service that I received while staying there. The room service , the desk clerks, the guards and the rest of the staff were very professional... More

I stayed there for 3 nights, my stay was really pleasant. -The staff is very friendly, they know how to listen and they pay attention to the smallest detail. -The check-in/check-out was efficient and quick. -The room I was given was a nice upgrade from what I initially booked: it was clean, spacious, it was very quiet and relaxing. -There... This is quite possibly the best budget accommodation I've ever stayed in. The price was excellent and the room and bed very comfortable, with plenty of space and a nice bathroom. The additional breakfast each morning was great value and a good range of options on the menu. The service was outstanding! On the first night I arrived, I had... More

Compared to other city hotels, this hotel is not within the big streets. It takes about 5 minutes walk to the Cebu Provincial Capitol and there are nearby restaurants, convenient stores. Fuente Osmena circle is about 15 minutes walk. The surrounding neighborhood is quite dodgy but still considerably safe. If you're taking public transpo, taxis/cabs are your best option. Just... More

I stayed here for 2 nights and was most pleased with all aspects of my stay. In fact, when I returned to Cebu I attempted to stay there again but they were booked up. There is a great bar b q place right down the street and a 7-11 just around the corner. Wifi was good in the room and... More

Arrived and checked in quickly but taken to a stark room behind reception. The window was onto a hallway. We were upgraded to another room when requested with a street view. Room was basic but clean. Both nights I awoke with an extremely sore back and had to take pain killers to sleep, the bed was that uncomfortable. Wifi was... More

4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 21, 2014

Stayed last Feb 6-9, 2014. We were given a triple room on the 3rd floor. Room was spacious enough, 3 beds (one double and 2 single). Bathroom is big and with minimal toiletries (soap, shampoo). Wifi access in rooms reliable. There was a wide variety of breakfast to choose from. Overall, good standard hotel.
