I stayed for three weeks. Not a high-end place, but nice staff, secure, safe, clean, air-conditioning, hot water and good location. Within walking distance of Puente Fuente and Ayala Mall. WiFi was really weak in my room and I had to ask them to reset the router several times. In the lobby the signal was decent. Only security issue is... More

Rooms are sparse. Window aircon. Decent location. Found it funny that they charge you for extra towels For the price it is fine but not for more than a night or two maximum. Am sure they can be slightly more accommodating with the needs of travellers.

I stayed at Maxwell to be close to the city centre, and it certainly is! Totally ok rooms, though I wasn`t too impressed by the shower. Air-con, clean rooms and good beds. The breakfast is fair enough. the service is exellent, and you really couln`t wish for a more welcoming staff! But, hey, you`re in Asia:)

Stayed at the Maxwell for a couple nights to visit a friend. My reservation was really easy, I just gave them a ring and asked to have the room reserved on the 11th of Jan. Room was pretty spacious and clean. Wifi was working fine and was fast enough for my needs(and I do IT work XD). Breakfast was served... More

Nice hotel in good location but had no wifi for 10 days, no elevator (we were on 4th floor) for 6 days before finally left and being promised over and over again that service would be restored next day, and no water for 1 day. I think hotel is in financail problems as less than 10% occupany when we were... More

I stayed in Maxwell last night, August 30. I realized today how insensitive this hotel has become in making their guests feel at home. There were 3 things I noticed in my stay this week and the answers I got were short of telling me "we don't care". First, the TV had digital box. I have no idea how to... More

Always stay here for business trips, very nice place indeed. Location is okay, with adequate tranport services. Ayala is a mere Php 60 taxi ride away. Not to mention of course, McDonals is conveniently located near it. Btw, their hotel breakfast is not really good.

I was billeted by my company, Novomed to this new hotel. Its just a stone's throw away from the provincial capitol and one ride to Ayala. Its my first time and I find it nice and reasonably priced at a corporate rate of P1,500 which is not bad. It does not look like a budget hotel with a nice lobby,... More

This is my second time to stay in this hotel. The first time was I think around 2 or 3 years when it started operation. Hotel is relative new and well maintained. Hotel staff are friendly and very accommodating. The rooms are spacious and meticulously made up. Hotel is centrally located in the City and close to Fuente Osmena where... More
