We had a week in bulabog at reef retreat, we really enjoyed our stay, the retreat has all you need, everything is well thought out and runs smoothly which for ppines is a gem. For kiting we have travelled to vietnam and indo and this is definately the best spot, safe and we had consistent wind. Try it! More
