A really nice hotel with a good atmosphere. A very good location if you want to surf or you dont want to stay at the hectic White Beach. Its right on the surferbeach and only 7 min walk from White Beach.

I was recommended Reef Retreat by a friend as a kitesurfing base for Bulabog beach in Boracay. From experience, on this side of the island, you expect things to be a bit basic, but Reef Retreat really is a treat. Clean, spacious and within about 30m of the beach - the service is really good!

The location of the hotel is not as difficult to find as some have said. We've managed to get back to the resort with the trikes with no issues at all. If they did not know the resort, just tell them Bulabog Beach, turn at Station 1 from the main road (because there's another turn leading to Bulabog Beach at...

We stayed in one of the new suites which was super spacious & included cooking facilities which was very handy for breakfast & a lunch snack (and meant we didn't need to spend large chunks of the day in restaurants & cafes). The staff were all very helpful and went out of their way to offer advice when requested &...

Back to earth with a bump, after returning from another great holiday at Reef Retreat Resort, Boracay Island.
Since our first visit in 2007, the resort has undergone two additional building phases, which have added to the charm and and relaxing feel of the resort.
Matt, a British windsurfer and his lovely wife Clair, obviously, both take great pride in their resort and...

Don't get me wrong the Reef retreat is exactly as advertised, the apartments are small buy Cozy, and the staff are extremely friendly and accomadating. The hotel is on Bulabog beach where all the kite surfing happens. There are no facilities at the resort for food or Laundry, and because it's quiet new none of the trike drivers know where...

At Reef Retreat Resort we pride ourselves on our customer service and we want our guests to have a wonderful and memorable stay. We always appreciate feedback both positive and negative but feedback that is untrue or exaggerated is just not helpful to anyone. Responding to the review above we would like to clarify some points. The detached building at...

For kiting we have travelled to vietnam and indo and this is definately the best spot, safe and we had consistent wind. Try it!

We stayed at Reef Retreat for 10 nights in Feb in a twin room. Our plan was for one of us to kite, and one to dive. For the lazy kiter in us the well equipped Ocean Republic Kite school was in our back yard, as well as the windsurfing school. To kite the busy bay 1st thing in the...

This hotel is more like a home away from home, than a hotel. The owners and staff are extremely friendly and welcoming, making you feel like you're with family or friends. The rooms are comforatble and kept very clean, and fully airconditioned.
Its located only 20metres fron the warm waters of Bulabog Beach, with the winds blowing directly onshore. If...
