The hotel is set in the middle of the night noise. Mostly generated by the hotel itself. The music provided by the hotel bar on the beach is loud and goes until midnight every night. I suspect it is just a cover up for all the renovation going on from 7am until midnight everyday. Hammering, sawing, welding, and all manner... more

This hotel was nice, but definitely not worth the 8000pesos they are asking for. The cheapest room had a view of a white wood wall because they are building something next door. PROS There weren't any bugs except if you left your balcony door open, so that was good. The rooms were set up with one double and one single... more

The hotel is very nice. There is a pool in the middle of the courtyard. The rooms are clean and comfortable. However, don't go there if you want peace and quiet. The band on the beach will play until 1 AM and is very noisy. It is right next to the beach. The water is awesome. The street vendors trying... more

The Boracay Mandarin is smaller than it appears in the photos. And, while most of our grievances were related to the bad weather (which I don't fault the hotel for), the ants and lizards that we found in our beds as well as the smelly and non-functioning bathroom and small rooms were very dissapointing. However, we only paid about $100/night... more

My fiancee and I returned to Boracay in June and booked the Ambassador Suite (more on the booking experience later). We were upgraded to the Grand Mandarin Suite upon arrival, and it was magnificent! Huge 3 room suite with wet bar, approx 15mX8m semi-private veranda overlooking the beach, and our own swimming pool! The staff was very friendly and helpful,... more

This hotel is right on the heart of station 2 boracay, very near d'mall or the market (talipapa) where you can buy seafood and have it cooked right there :) Rooms were very clean and staff are amazing, always serving us with a smile. The owner itself is very friendly and accomodating. Very impressive staff, everything i asked for or... more

Excellent beach station 2 location (if you like crowded, touristy, loud, and lots of children around), awful food (we only ate there the first morning even though breakfast and dinner was included during our entire 6 day/5 night stay), and average everything else. They only allotted 1 beach towel per guest per day so if it got soaking wet from... more
