As have never been to Boracay... i really didn't know what to expect. But I have stayed at several beach resorts on other islands... so I at least have something to compare. My sister and brother-in-law had stayed at the Pearl of the Pacific before but were quite excited as to our accommodations. We arrived at the domestic airport early and ZestAir rebooked our flight to Caticlan. Even if we were an hour ahead of schedule, we were pleasantly greeted by Dennis near the Welcome Center. Last-minute plans were also made by our party to head up to Kalibo to meet up with friends for lunch. Luckily, they didn't pressure us to leave at the predetermined time and we just had to call the resort to have them aware of our change in schedule.
