1. The people at the front desk were amazing! Our flight to Kalibo was cancelled so we had to forgo our first night. However, the front desk arranged our flights with Cebu Pacific, even negotiated with them so that there will be no additional charges to book our flight from Kalibo to our next destination! They also gave us another... More

Stayed at Patio Pacific for 2 nights last week. They arranged our transport from the airport (Kalibo) and everything went smoothly. The hotel personnel are very nice and polite. The room was also nice, clean, and well-prepared for the number of people staying in the room. Our room was in the wing that required us to cross the street to... More

I stayed at Patio Pacific for 4 nights during the busy Christmas season. The rooms are fairly spacious with basic amenities. I was pretty surprised that they charged for bottled water (for the price paid I would expect that to be included). Also the rooms don't have an iron, they charge for ironing services (another basic amenity that I expected... More

The location is not really beachfront. It would require you to walk a few minutes and you end up at the beach. It is found at a good spot though, it is at the end of station 2 and near station 1. What really struck us was that the service is top quality. We were amazed with how fast the... More

I’ve been visiting Boracay since 2010 and this is my 4th time in this place where I already experience to book in different hotel from budget (1star) to mid-class (3star) hotel. We arrived early morning 6:00 AM in Caticlan, we are aware that check-in at this early is impossible so we just leave our luggage in the front desk. The... More

We were a family of 4 adults and 4 kids who booked 2 rooms. Before booking with the resort, I specifically told them that I am bringing work along and I needed a stable internet connection. When we arrived they set everything up even giving our room a router. People are always smiling and alsways willing to help without being... More

We booked this hotel at the last minute--it was the holiday season so I think they are about to get fully booked so we were upgraded to a bigger room. The check in process was weird--yeah, you'll have the impressive welcome drinks and shell necklace--but there must be a nicer or a more professional way of stating how much you'll... More

Complained that the aircon in our room was not cold. The guy who checked it insisted that it was working. I didn't complain about the thing not working, i complained that it WAS NOT COLD! Offered me a fan instead. Please lah i paid for an airconditioned room! Offered me to transfer to another room but the aircon was not... More

Since I am a loyal customer, they even upgraded my room without me asking for it. The service was remarkable, staffs are very friendly. The bed was very comfortable as always. Lighting is just right. Overall room is outstanding and very clean. Food variety can be improved. Receptionist named Jaw was very helpful , assisted me on several occasions.
