We booked the suites and they were spacious enough for 5 persons. Our toilet had problems flushing though and the shower temperature tends to fluctuate. Free breakfast at their dining area is good. Since it's a buffet breakfast, it was good that food was being refilled every now and then. We had lunch in the hotel on the last day.... More

Very homey. Staff are kind and always attentive to your needs. Best of all the dining staff are great. Though not beach front still is my home in Boracay. Pool is warm. Staff are child friendly. Just a little walk to the beach which I don't really mind at all. Will definitely be going back and will still stay at... More

It's not that bad and it's not that good. It's just average for me. First, the hotel location is kinda messy. They have a building on the other side of the road where the front desk is located and another building on the beach side of the road where the restaurant is and luckily where our room was. Well, with... More

We stayed at Patio Pacific Hotel and found it to be one of the best. The manager and staff are truly wonderful and attentative to every detail and need. The facilities are equal to some of the best 5 star hotels we have experienced in the past. The rooms are clean, comfortable and consist of all the requirements a fussy... More

I cannot understand why it got a high rating. Maybe if I had gotten a room within the main complex instead of the building across the road, then I might have given a higher rating. As it is, it took quite a walk from my building to the beach, passing through the main complex. The room was very basic. I... More

1. The people at the front desk were amazing! Our flight to Kalibo was cancelled so we had to forgo our first night. However, the front desk arranged our flights with Cebu Pacific, even negotiated with them so that there will be no additional charges to book our flight from Kalibo to our next destination! They also gave us another... More

Stayed at Patio Pacific for 2 nights last week. They arranged our transport from the airport (Kalibo) and everything went smoothly. The hotel personnel are very nice and polite. The room was also nice, clean, and well-prepared for the number of people staying in the room. Our room was in the wing that required us to cross the street to... More

I stayed at Patio Pacific for 4 nights during the busy Christmas season. The rooms are fairly spacious with basic amenities. I was pretty surprised that they charged for bottled water (for the price paid I would expect that to be included). Also the rooms don't have an iron, they charge for ironing services (another basic amenity that I expected... More

The location is not really beachfront. It would require you to walk a few minutes and you end up at the beach. It is found at a good spot though, it is at the end of station 2 and near station 1. What really struck us was that the service is top quality. We were amazed with how fast the... More
