It is true that the resort is located in the far end of Station 1 of the White Sand Beach. However, for this reason, the beach is all yours, just like a private beach. We like to book a hotel in station 1 because you can relax on that area, that's why we end up in boracay terraces resort. The location is good, as expected, very quiet.
