I read quite a few reviews about this resort before we left and although they were varied, I could see they were all correct. The beach is beautiful and quieter than the other areas. At times, the beach does have a lot of rubbish and seaweed that washes up on the shore - to the point of actually hindering access... More

We visted Boracay first week of July. Stayed at Boracy Terraces Resort. Older hotel but service is excellent. Great food. Hotel needs some improvements. What I like most about the hotell is its location. Fathest end of Station 1 where the sand is at its whitest and at its finest. More Private as only one end is readily accesible to... More

Perfect place to stay to have a relaxing and quiet holiday at a beach front hotel. The room is nice and spacious. However the light in the room is too dim to do any reading. The were a couple of times I saw small cockroaches and I killed it. I asked for room service to clean my room and they cleaned... More

The rooms are huge (stayed in the family room ---with 2 adjacent bedrooms) 1. Need to replace locks, shower hose, lights - too dim 2. Fantastic, exclusive beach front, ocean view 3. Serene atmosphere, chilling out is ideal with wooden swings, benches, no people and peddlers hanging around!

If a personalised service is what you are after for a special occasion, then Raymond at Boracay Terraces is the man to do it! Despite it being peak season, Raymond went the extra mile (came in early for work especially) to decorate and create a beautiful beach front table setting for our group of 6. He was especially attentive, made... More

Location. Location. Location. Boracay Terraces Resort is located along the most pristine stretch of beach in Boracay. That plus the attentive staff is why I keep coming back for more. It feels like my own little hideaway, private beach getaway, and sometimes, that's all I need. You want to run away and hide? This is the place to do it!

Boracay Beach, with its powdery white sands and pristine waters, will marvel the senses. Boracay Terraces (BT)? Not so much! BT is situated in an ideal location, at the very end of the white sandy strip, and is gifted with an awesome ocean view. Sadly, BT is in dire need of general maintenance and beautification. Immediately upon entering our room,... More

This place was perfect in terms of location - tucked at the end of the beach,15 min walk on the beach to d'mall or a 5 min tricycle ride. The checkin process was smooth and staff was quite helpful and hospitable. Rooms were spacious but missing a very important item - a safe/locker. Plus the door locks were old and... More
