Actually it's out second time in boracay regency. We were in VIP room. My boyfriend from down under really loved the place. Hindi po kami magsasawang mag stay sa five star na hotel nito. Lahat maganda, including the staffs, the view.

check in was not smooth, there is always a line at the frontdesk because for a hotel so big they are understaff. bell boy was so busy receiving his tip that he forgot to return our room key. everything in the room is okay. during check out, i was shocked that i was given a 102php phone bill. for 3... We got 2 juniot suites that overlook a big pool. Rooms were very pleasant, i enjoyed sleeping in the king-sized bed. Buffet breakfast and dinner could be improved though, like include more seafoods. The dancing chefs/waiters were awesome, and the nightly trio singers were very good. On my last day I got food poisoned with tuna sashimi eaten from Hama... More

This is our second visit to Boracay Island but 1st time in this hotel. We had a great stay, rooms were comfortable enough, we had one of the suite which was lovely while our daughter had the deluxe room which was okay for her. The staff are friendly, breakfast has a lot of choices. We will stay here again on... More

We are family with 2 kids arrived in Caticlan Airport at 8.30AM. Airport transfers went on smoothly thanks to the hotel staff. We managed to get an early check in. The customer service is exceptionally good and cheerful staff. This is the biggest hotel in station 2 and probably the best facilities in the area. The spa is 5 star.... More

Very nice property smack dab in the middle of everything. The rooms were clean and nice, the staff was very pleasant. The pool and pool bar were great! A very nice perk. The breakfast buffet was very good with not only local foods but also more "western" options. This place barely ever has available space so a reservation six months... More

Have stayed at the Regency nine times now, and have always had a great time. This latest trip was between March and April 2014 for ten nights, and was the first time with our daughter, son-in-law and three grandchildren. All had a good time. There are no specific children activities, but there are four separate swimming pools, all as children... More

We have been to Boracay many times over the last 10 years and always have chosen the Boracay Regency or the other Hennan resorts for our stays. The hotels are always maintained to the highest standards, staff are extremely helpful and professional from the booking clerks to the waiters and waitresses, cleaners and security. Nothing is ever too much trouble.... More

I visited the Kai Regency Spa on another website's recommendation for a hands and feet spa. It cost me about PHP 3,900 so I was expecting something good but the setup was like the spas you see in China. I was forced to change into their spa attire, even though I was wearing shorts and a tank. Their spa shirt... More

We stayed at Boracay Regency in November 2013, the week after Typhoon Haiyan. If that's how the hotel is after the fiercest typhoon to touch land, I cannot wait to visit once again when it's calmer times. We splurged on a Premiere Room with Direct Pool Access and did not regret it. It was simply amazing waking up in the... More
