My boyfriend and I stayed at Moreno's Residences for 9 nights in July 2014. I must say our accomodation and the friendly, courteous staff are among the good memories we brought with us. What you get is a hotel-like accomodation with functional kitchenette, good hot shower with nice water pressure, very cold ac and a very comfortable bed. We will... More

We went on a trip last July 24 with my family and stayed at Moreno's Residences. The rooms we occupied are great. The staff (2 friendly and smiling ladies) are so accommodating, friendly and quick in responding to our requests. They made our stay in Boracay convenient and hassle free. Their "after sales" service are also very good. The staff helped... More

So this isn't even a 5-star hotel experience but if you're looking in the price range rooms are offered for then you should already know that. What you do get is a functional room, i.e. fridge, TV, warm shower and somewhere to rest your head, which is 30 seconds from the beach. It's far enough away from the noise of... More

Moreno's Cottage is probably the worst place I wad accommodate in. The room is very basic, what is not problem for such budget place. The problem is mold in the room which doesn't allow you to breathe and bugs all over the place. Actually, there are two buildings which belong Moreno's Cottage. My friends were lucky to be in other... More

Realistically this is a budget travellers place. The people are warm and accomodating albeit that the rooms are extremely basic. If you want a fridge they will just move one into your room which is great but don't expect much on the furnishing and fittings front. Anyone who has been to Boracay will know that you will spend most time... More

If you have plans of staying in to this resort during SUPER PEAK SEASON ( Chinese New Year, Holy Week and the like), you might wanna consider checking out other Resorts WORTH the Price. The Peak Rates of this resorts is exaggerated ( more than DOUBLE compared to their HIGH or LOW Season ). I recommend the resort for LOW... More

The idea of this trip to Boracay was to come on the island, take one night somewhere and find cheap and good hotel by ourselves. With my girlfriend we made a big tour all over the white beach to find the best place to stay. Finally, we found Moreno's Cottage, just a little bit hidden but quite perfect for 14... More

Stayed here middle of October for 6 days. Managed to get a walk in rate of 1200 per night. Room was comfortable enough, 1 double bed and 1 single bed, TV with cable, wardrobe ( of sorts ) hot and cold shower ( hot was a bonus at times ) People running the place were very laid back and extremely...
