First of all, I really enjoyed the area around boat station 3. It is quiet and has a village-like atmosphere yet being only 5-10 minutes walk from all the chaos and fun! The beach there is also really nice. After looking at a few places I settled on the sundown which turned out to be a great choice. Had a... More

The best budget option I found in Boracay & one of the last places on the beach. We got one of the older wooden rooms out the back which had a fan, fridge & cold water shower. It was all we needed as it was just a minutes walk through the restaurant to the beach. I found all budget accommodation... More

A really great experience! First of all the location of the resort is perfect - station #3. There are no so many people and it's quiet but in 10-15 minutes you are already at the station #2 with its restaurants, bars etc. We stayed in a simple but very cosy fan room with fridge, and we enjoyed it! Very reasonable... More

I loved everything about this place. We felt at home from the moment we arrived and spent our whole two weeks on Boracay staying there. Lovely rooms in a garden next to the beach with a nice veranda and pretty furniture to relax on, MEGA comfy huge bed, clean toilet and red hot showers. Fantastic price also - very hard... More

My friend and I were staying at this hotel for one week, during our last night, even though we locked the door we were robbed during our sleep of goods worth close to 1000€. The place is cheap but in the end the cost gets much higher thanks to dishonest personnel and inefficient security. Furthermore, we were staying in bamboo/Fan... More

We had dinner there - we ordered kraut salad, gulash suppe and curry wurst. There was 45 minutes between the gulas and the curry wurst!!!!!! The gulash was very good, but the curry wurst was dissapointing. Overall conclusion - will not go again even though we have one and a half month left here.

The sundown resort is directly at the white beach of boracay. It's on the quiet part of the beach but only a few minutes stroll along the beach to the night action. There are 3 categories of rooms, suites, new aircon rooms and basic bamboo room. The staff was very friendly and the austrian restaurant serves great food. Absolutely recommendable!
