Just got back from Boracay , we stayed 4 night in Escurel Inn. The place is just 20 m from the beach but it is fairly quiet as there are no night bars in the nearby area. There is a safety box in the room , which is nice. Staff is very helpful if there is need in the to... More

We stayed for 9 nights at Escurel Inn. Ended up paying 800 Pesos a night for a room on the second floor. Nothing fancy, but with air con and hot water. Had a bit of trouble with water on the floor due to a failed pump on the roof. The staff was quick to fix it and clean the floor.... More

Recently came back from Bora. Stayed 3 nights at Escurel Inn and booked 3 family aircon rooms. I understand that if on a budget the facilities wont be as good as the hotels there but owner should really improve on the following: 1) i had to clean the CR myself as it stunk of pee from previous occupants 2) the... The place is hard to find, since asking for direction is free, we were able to find the place easily. (Just behind the Arwana Hotel). Stayed there with my son. The area is quiet and the people there are nice. We stayed at Room 14 (3rd floor). Though the owner looks grumpy but really she is a nice lady indeed.... More

The price was good! The place it self is not that good small and really simple Ps the owner is not friendly at all he acts grumpy. But if you don't mind through owner than its fine. If you wanna cook, you can but you need to pay 100 every time you cook.

We stayed at the Escurel inn for 5 nights. We stayed our first night at a different guest house and we had this pre booked before arrival, however it wasn't nice at all. We really enjoyed our stay at the Escurel. It is quite basic, however our room had a great air con and a fridge, which was excellent. It... More

We went there at the end of the December.. The room was clean when we arrived, but they never do any cleaning the following days. Also, in the ground floor and first floor there is the owner' s familiy living, which wasn't very pleseant since they started making noises at 5 am, cooking in the terrace and smoking! Early morning... More

Nice please for budget travelers, just a few step to the white beach, not too crowded & away from busy & noisy surroundings. The owner Bert Escurel is very accommodating in all our needs...I will come back next year with my small kids... Tips: room is much better than my room in Singapore ...
