This was not at all what we expected, and we are very disappointed. Why? Very high price 7000P/night and the worst view we ever seen in at a hotel. The entire surrounding is a construction site. Dirty and horrible. There tree nice things I can say, sweet staff, good breakfast and "good standard" of the rooms. However it was raining... More

The Palms in Boracay is located at the more quiet area of Boracat, Station 1. However it is not a beach front hotel (2 minutes walk to the beach) so we had to rent beach beds at another hotel so we can hang out at Station 1 area. Luckily, our visit wasn't during peak season so the resorts at the... More

My family and i just got back from our 4d/3n vacation in Boracay. We stayed in Palms of Boracay in Station 1. The hotel is generally ok. they have really big big rooms and friendly staff. They have big swimming pool too. Though its quite far from Station 2 where the all night party is happening, they have a shuttle... More

My Fiance and I stayed with Palms of Boracay Oct 2013. The staff here were so accommodating and friendly and our room was beautiful and clean. We arranged with them and their PhWedding associates to organise our wedding ceremony via email and facebook from Australia. They all did an amazing job and our wedding day was perfect and memorable. And when we asked to fix it, they said this is how it is!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS TRASH! Towels are served dirty, bed sheets... More

We stayed 2 nights in this hotel and we were all very disappointed. When we first walked in this hotel we could only see the construction sites around the hotel and we regretted to book it ahead... But I was too late all the money was already paid off. The water in the pool is filthy, covered with a layer... More

Me & husband was amazed by the warm hospitality from the staff. We were late cause our flight was cancelled from Cebu due to bad weather in Boracay. We were not able to reach Palms of Boracay by telephone. We began to worried n panic incase our room got cancelled. Upon arrival to the resort, we were welcomed by the... More

MY husband, daughter and two young grandchildren, together with myself were booked (and pre-paid) into the Palms for 5 nights (9th to 14th October) We stayed exactly 20 minutes. The hotel was almost derelict at first sight, very few lights on. Our apartment was up five flights of stairs (third floor) 3 bedroomed with a very small unsafe wooden balcony... More

I planned a trip with the girlfriend for our 25th birthday, we had our birthdays close together so we decided to spend a couple of days on this popular island when I visited the Philippines again after so many years. I was born and raised in Manila, now living permanently in Toronto. I've visited Boracay a couple of times in... More

We stayed at the Palms in April. We purchased an online Groupon deal which made it roughly AUD $110-120 per night. The Palms advertise for almost double this elsewhere. To put it simply, this hotel is good if you get a good deal, if you pay double what we paid, it's not worth it. + Rooms are great: they are... More
