The location of Eriko's House is very good, being right in the middle of the white sand beach of Boracay and just behind one of the busiest nightlife spots on the island. It's also very near D*Mall, basically the only large overpriced retail and dining area on the island. I paid 1000 pesos for a room in the back with... More

This place is recommended for those people who are on a budget but want to be close to the beach. In addition, the place is close to the bars and restaurants. The rooms are decent and good enough to get some rest and sleep.

you get what you pay for; do not expect 5 stars service etc for a 1500 PHP per night; regular rate was 3000 PHP for the nice room. LCD TV, comfortable bed, cool aircon, closet, a small fridge, a small table and 2 chairs outside and a shower room with toilet. 50 meters away from the beach front; we stayed... More

If you are a backpacker and like to be in the center of the beach and more, but consider sleeping to be a necessity and nothing to pay a lot of money, then go to Eriko's house. The girls working there are serviceminded and fun to talk to. You can sit and drink cofee with the manager, ask for pillow... More

Eriko's place is a good guesthouse tucked off the main path along white beach. The rooms are reasonably cheap and they have hot water. All rooms have air conditioning and the wifi is a little slow but not to bad. Its currently under renovation works but they workers don't bother you and the noise isn't very loud. From the 4th... We were aiming for another hotel near Eriko's but could no longer get rooms there because of the high peak season. Our contact recommended Eriko's for a reasonable price of Php2000 per night for a room for 2 persons. We booked around first week of April for a trip scheduled in 2 weeks. What we liked best: 1. Four Wifi... More

I had to find another accommodation since I had a miscommunication with the first guesthouse. They only reserved us a room for a night instead of two. I'm glad I found Eriko's because we got a bigger and better room at a cheaper price. The room and T&B was very clean. The bed was big enough for two persons. The... More

Its really affordable, the rooms were clean, staff were accommodating and polite. Wifi is poor but its ok.. overall experienced... More

I stayed there for 3 nights from 13 to 16 November 2012 and payed 1200 PHP per night (I arrived late and negotiated with a nightguard). For the first night I've got a very good room on the first floor, it was big and clean. But then administration told me that I have to change room because it was expensive... More
