After a long and tiring trip. The hotel's front desk staff welcomed us with a smile. They've even let us leave our bags and luggage since we arrived earlier than our scheduled check in time so we can walk around and see the sights. All in all, had a really comfortable and nice stay at the hotel.

First time ever in my life experience that one of hotel staff asked us to clean up when we requested for cleaning and garbage collection. This staff name Shane de Luna hand over us a broom and dash pan and told us just give it back to her once we finished cleaning the room. She didn’t explain to us that housekeeping staff only had specific time clean. I been overseas hotel I never experience this kind service. The worst thing it was happened in my own country, it’s so embarrassing to the other foreign and tourist if they experience this kind treatment.

Worst service I experience right now and poor facilities only one key in our room. The staff are so rude and disrespect us, the staff name SHANE the one on booking. I said that I want to clean and collect garbage in our room. But she gave broom ask to clean and left it our room and said that we have to return broom and dustpan after we use to clean our room. This action they show so disappointed as a guest on hotel. Worst experience ever. I WILL NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL EVER AGAIN!!!

The staff of this hotel are the most rude people I have ever seen, especially one girl who never smiles and looks totally bored everytime I spoke to her. As they say it themsleves, only your money interest them (have a look at their Facebook page or at the attached file). The rooms are old and overpriced. This is by far the worst hotel I stayed during my trip in the Philippines.

When i check in, i said «hello» and the employee, a non smiling young woman, didn't respond. I felt like if i disturbed her. Later, i saw the others employees who were also unfriendly and rude. They watched at me in a despising way. It's the first time i see that from a hotel. Honestly they should change their job. In addition, the room was not cleaned. A strong smell of mould in the bed and hairs in the sink. I saw a huge cockroach, that i killed. Avoid this «budget hotel» for better places.

we've been to Eriko's a few times already but i just had the chance to review them. Ate Baby is our favorite csr here :). The last one we booked 5 rooms as we had a family trip last July. Pro's: * budget and comfort. Which means you get to sleep with nice clean pillows and sheets, walks to and from stations 1-3 coz you're in the center. * just a few walk from the beachfront, counted about 20 steps in a big alley almost a trike road * a 24 hr convenience store outside the property and food stalls/resto's within 10-15 mins. D'mall is about 1 minute or two Con's * no beachfront * you have to rent daybeds from beachfront properties which usually costs about P100/hour depends on your haggling skills.

Beach front inn in station 2. A must try for budget travellers like us. 1200 per night during non-peak season. Clean room with ac. Hot/cold shower. Cable tv. Wifi (good connection). Will keep coming back.

I'm not sure why the photos are different from what has welcomed us during our stay June of 2015. But that time, the room we stayed at has 2 double bed, mirror, TV, storage, and really spacious bathroom. Room was very clean and just enough space. We had no itinerary to speak of but had an eye onto couple of accommodation in the island. When we got at the port, there were staff of tourist assistance waiting and asking if you already have an accommodation. We let this lady lead us to Eriko's House while she was saying there's no commission or whatever waiting for her, just that it's part of her job and all. We got a good deal cos it was off season. Small walk to the beach, restos and bars. Bonus: they have lockers where you can leave your valuables; we left my friend's dslr. No elevator. No resto and free breakfast. All in all, quite a good deal.

I had a pleasant stay here in Eriko's, got a good room for a weeek and for a good price, balcony, tv, hot shower and aircon.. The staff at the reception is very kind and professional, always keen to help and support their customers. The "house" is located a few steps away from White Beach in Station 2, close to a mall complex and to the main road, although the way to it was not always easy to find. The only small remark from my point of view is about the cleanliness of the floor, sometimes too dusty and sandy, which makes the rooms need a more careful wipe. Eriko's house is surely a recommendable place compared to many others in Boracay thanks to its affordable fares and its fabulous staff, you will enjoy your days!
