The rooms are clean, with a nice hot shower, cable tv, ac. We stayed for 5 nights, they cleaned only when we asked. My biggest problem with the place is how noisy it is! I could hear guests yelling at all hours of the night on the balcony and even the security guard makes a fare share of noise. My... More

This is a relatively small hotel. It is not the best hotel in the world, but it has a great location and very friendly staff. Moreover, the price was very reasonable. It met my simple criteria for being clean, having hot water, and being safe. Those that want more than that can stay at some of the more expensive hotels... More

First couple days no towels. No door knob on bathroom door I got locked in. I had to jimmy it open. At 9 pm the bass from the beach started and was so loud I couldn't sleep until it stopped at 2:30am. They told us that the storm was coming and the port would close at 10am once we got... More

Visited Boracay last weekend. Since it's not a peak season, I opted not to book a room and told myself to look for a room when we get there. To make the long story short, we booked a room here. We got the room good for 3 pax for 1500 per night. Room is ok. Basic. You got your cold/hot... More

The location of Eriko's House is very good, being right in the middle of the white sand beach of Boracay and just behind one of the busiest nightlife spots on the island. It's also very near D*Mall, basically the only large overpriced retail and dining area on the island. I paid 1000 pesos for a room in the back with... More

This place is recommended for those people who are on a budget but want to be close to the beach. In addition, the place is close to the bars and restaurants. The rooms are decent and good enough to get some rest and sleep.

you get what you pay for; do not expect 5 stars service etc for a 1500 PHP per night; regular rate was 3000 PHP for the nice room. LCD TV, comfortable bed, cool aircon, closet, a small fridge, a small table and 2 chairs outside and a shower room with toilet. 50 meters away from the beach front; we stayed... More

If you are a backpacker and like to be in the center of the beach and more, but consider sleeping to be a necessity and nothing to pay a lot of money, then go to Eriko's house. The girls working there are serviceminded and fun to talk to. You can sit and drink cofee with the manager, ask for pillow... More

Eriko's place is a good guesthouse tucked off the main path along white beach. The rooms are reasonably cheap and they have hot water. All rooms have air conditioning and the wifi is a little slow but not to bad. Its currently under renovation works but they workers don't bother you and the noise isn't very loud. From the 4th...
