The worst guest services I had in Boracay. The girls of the front desk were very rude(all of them). It was the first time I was planning to stay and for my friends It was the third time. I wanted to stay one night(Saturday night) and my two friends wanted to stay(Sat night, sunday night). So we told them that... More

Yes you are on a budget but I tell you there are far way better inns with the same price, even closer to D'Mall. My husband and I had already stayed at Eriko's during our first time in Boracay (2012). This time, its our 3rd time. We actually don't have a booking with them when we arrived, since we wanted... Considering that some of the other hotels in the area run at close to $100/night, this hotel is a fabulous deal for the location. A boatman grabbed us at the pier when we arrived, telling us she could take us to "a very nice hotel, very cheap", and since we didn't have an advance reservation, we decided to give the... More

The rooms are clean, with a nice hot shower, cable tv, ac. We stayed for 5 nights, they cleaned only when we asked. My biggest problem with the place is how noisy it is! I could hear guests yelling at all hours of the night on the balcony and even the security guard makes a fare share of noise. My... More

This is a relatively small hotel. It is not the best hotel in the world, but it has a great location and very friendly staff. Moreover, the price was very reasonable. It met my simple criteria for being clean, having hot water, and being safe. Those that want more than that can stay at some of the more expensive hotels... More

First couple days no towels. No door knob on bathroom door I got locked in. I had to jimmy it open. At 9 pm the bass from the beach started and was so loud I couldn't sleep until it stopped at 2:30am. They told us that the storm was coming and the port would close at 10am once we got... More

Visited Boracay last weekend. Since it's not a peak season, I opted not to book a room and told myself to look for a room when we get there. To make the long story short, we booked a room here. We got the room good for 3 pax for 1500 per night. Room is ok. Basic. You got your cold/hot... More

The location of Eriko's House is very good, being right in the middle of the white sand beach of Boracay and just behind one of the busiest nightlife spots on the island. It's also very near D*Mall, basically the only large overpriced retail and dining area on the island. I paid 1000 pesos for a room in the back with... More

This place is recommended for those people who are on a budget but want to be close to the beach. In addition, the place is close to the bars and restaurants. The rooms are decent and good enough to get some rest and sleep.
