When we arrived at the hotel, with my wife, brother and 2 young daughters, we were immediately welcomed by friendly staff. While paper/admin work was being sorted out by reception staff, we were given free drinks while we waited. The room was spacious, clean and tidy, no complaints. The grounds/garden of hotel were excellent, and staff were friendly. We have... more

Often the mark of a good hotel is its responsiveness to guests' concerns. On my last morning at breakfast by the more modern of the two major pools, I asked a waiter if he could obtain some sliced mango from the kitchen as only watermelon, orange and one other fruit were on display as part of the buffet. The day... more

To start, I'm really not hard to please. A mistake here or there is just fine by me. I'm not picky. But with One MGM it was one thing after another. Right from the start I had a problem with my airport pickup. There was no one there to meet me. After asking around I finally was able to use... more

We were an old customer by Paradise Garden resort now called one MGM. At the beginning there were problems as I think this is due new management. We were pick-up by an old bus at the airport which they rectified it in the end as we were transported back to the airport with their new bus. Staff are very helpful,... more

My family and I just came back from Boracay. We had booked a timeshare condo on the island, but found it to be unsuitable (not enough beds, air conditioning in only one room, far from anything, ...). We were lucky to find the Paradise Garden Resort Hotel through the friend of a friend shortly after we arrived. You should be... more

Too many problems! The Junior Suite had no hot water, no in-room coffee service, no cups, nothing in the minibar, and no wi-fi. They are featured as amenities in their website. Moved to a VIP suite. No hot water. The gas tank was empty. The staff was nice and tried to be helpful but for the price one expects more.... more

This hotel is 10 minutes quiet walk to the central boracay beach, 25/30 minutes to Dmal. It has his own private beach on central beach. The garden is very very cam and nice. Very clean, several swimming pools, nice service, nanies available for young child, they organize whatever you want (but pay attention to the bill amount, sometimes they make... more

We stayed here for three nights from March 14-17, 2007. This is the best option on the island really. The private and extensive tropical garden grounds are fantasitic. You have the feel of a private villa while sitting on your terrace or veranda. This is a great location, right in the center of things, but just 5-10 minutes walk (depending... more

My wife and I and our 2 small children stayed here recently. On the whole the hotel was ok - it was not a 5 star or even 4 star experience, though, so as long as you keep that in mind you will be ok. The room was large - we had an Oriental Suite - but the furnishings were... more
