We stayed here for two nights, 3 days and the service they gave us is just enough reason to recommend them to all my friends. The crew there, from the front desk to housekeeping is very welcoming. They gave me that same feeling when I go to one of you relatives' home for short stays. Not too "sosyal" languages, but... More

The hotel has a good spot as it is in Station 1 and offers affordable prices. The air-conditioning needs some improvement as it can't provide cooler atmosphere. Plus factor for this hotel is they offer bath tubs and decent swimming pool. I like their breakfast choices and lunches.

Residencia Hotel is a beach front property north of Station One along Boracay's White Beach. The room is very clean, beds are nice, the bathroom is new with hot & cold water, The rooms have individual split type airconditioners (almost silent!), a flat screen TV, a small refrigerator, and cabinets. Wifi signal is strong all around the establishment and even... More

It's not my first time in Boracay but this is by far the best resort I have stayed in. We stayed in their deluxe room for a week. The room was decent, two double beds, a bathroom and a room where you can hang clothes tho dry. This extra room was weirdly placed and completely useless. It was right beside... More

Bang for your buck. It's an average hotel with basic amenities. No swimming pool though. It has cabanas, sunbathing beds and swing sets at the beachfront. You get to enjoy station 1's serene environment. This is perfect for couples who want a retreat from the busy and crazy wild station 2 lifestyle.

Let me start by saying I am not a "beach" person and can barely stand Boracay, but for various reasons, I end up going there once a decade. Residencia nailed it for me this time. We got room with large balcony, second floor, sea view (rainy season...windbreaks up) really nice view, large room, great shower, large bathroom....breakfast great. Like other... More

Arrived at around noon and were allowed to check in even though it was 2 hrs early, was expecting a welcome drink but none, rooms are big. But no pool compared to its neighboring hotels , free breakfast, has wifi but tends to lag. But you're on vacation

For the price and the 3.5 avg rating on TripAdvisor, I was expecting a lot more. I had an upgraded deluxe room with my 7 month old baby and the hubby. The amenities of the room were pretty run down and old. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived too, which was pretty disappointing. The TV had a lot of... More

It's purely my luck to have came across this hotel coz i always wanted a beachfront hotel and i'm left with a month left to make a booking. After browsing numerous hotels and resorts this is the only one left available out of the 'HotZone' of Station 2 and 3. As you can see Station 2 and 3 are flooded... More

It's my 3rd time to stay in this resort in the past 2 years. And I am never disappointed. I arrived in Boracay on the 7th of November, a day before typhoon Haiyan hit. I have reserved 2 rooms for this trip, with one room to be occupied by my friends who were arriving a day after. Due to the... More
