Pros: - Staff were excellent and there appears to be a good in-house training program in place. - Views are awesome, both from rooms and from the outdoor areas around the pool - Staying up on the hill away from the main beach area provides a rest from the crowds, noise etc and also some cooling breezes - Puka beach... Certainly not value for money. From check in..no details about booking but they had charged me twice for reservation! Was informed at full speed all the rules about what not to do ..phew i was tired before even signing in. Booked suite with pool(plunge pool really) it was filthy. Kettle but no cups/tea/coffee.No patio furniture. Terrace was wet all day. No... More

Our room was great, used the private pool a lot. The main pools (3) were also nice but would benefit from some shady areas around them. The pool bar was in a state of disrepair and there was ugly scaffold around one building. I imagine it will look a lot nicer once renovations are complete but got the feeling work... More

Please, avoid this hotel. We booked a room with breakfast for 3 nights. Upon checkin we were told breakfast wouldn't be included despite our booking confirmation stating 'Free Breakfast'. We were charged for breakfast upon checkout and had to argue daily to get them to rectify their error. We witnessed several other check out arguments while waiting for the shuttle,... More

We emailed the hotel to arrange for airport transfer, to which they agreed and quoted us. Little did we know, they were "outsourcing" our business to a local company, who herds tourists from Kalibo airport to Boracay hotels like cattle. The hotel charged us more than twice the direct rate, making pure profit out of us, without adding any value... More

Great view however don't let the view fool you. Rooms poorly equipped there were no lamps no desks, bed was NOT comfortable the walls were not painted. Rooms felt empty. Service wasn't the best and the whole resort felt a little empty. However the view is very spectacular

OK - the bad news first: - The entire resort is a bit worn and tired. Nothing wrong - but night bright 'n' shiny. - The staff stick to the rules and that can be a little annoying, but I guess you can't blame them. I wouldn't want to lose MY job for allowing a guest something outside on management... More

Compared to the pictures on the website, we were disappointed at the aesthetics when we arrived. The hotel is tired, old and needs "freshening up." It appears that their renovations have been going on for over a year. Rooms are clean and the pools are impressive but could do with new furniture, towels etc. The staff are friendly and the... Well not actually in the room but close enough. Great location with fabulous views, it is a long way from Station 2 and the beaches but they have a shuttle that runs hourly to D Mall that is very convenient. The room we had, a grand view suite which they generously upgraded us to was nice, very large but the... More

Peaceful and relaxing. That's the motif we pick this hotel. The hotel is located at a high area (somewhat secluded) away from the noise of Boracay. There were renovation still and it was indicated in their events I think so. There were a few very spacious pool where you can have an excellent view of the southern island. The cabana... More
