PROS: - Very good location. Surrounded with restaurants, bars, shopping, ATM - Short walk to the beach - Contemporary design. Good sized rooms. Nice bar & pool area on the rooftop - Free wifi in all areas of the hotel - Staff very cordial & friendly. Hotel transfers a breeze. CONS: - Mattress a little bit on the stiff side... More

Good location. it's in station 2 which is in the middle of everything. Good restaurant, bars, clubs etc. Bad service. Very slow and unhelpful. We even caught some of them trying to peep into the room through the glass window. Room wasn't clean. It was filled with ants. When we complained to the reception, they sent someone up to spray... Stayed here last year of October and I must say it's still a good location, though not beachfront. Hotel is very chic, clean & the staff friendly. It's pretty close to D'mall(shopping boutiques), banks, money changers, restaurants, coffee shops. Some PROS & CONS about the Tides: PROS: Good selection of breakfast =) My partner love their bacon. Great Pool area,... More

The hotel is fairly clean, and the staff friendly. The basic rooms are very small, so if you stay here I recommend upgrading to the bigger room. The breakfast buffet was pretty good, and overall it was good value IMO. The location is central for shopping and eating as it's inside the D-plaza, and only a 5 minute walk to... More

the location is good for shoppers. but if you like the type of room that is in front of the shore, then this is not it. the food is great. bacon, pancakes, sausages etc. sheets and beds are soft and fluffy beach towels cost P50 per rental so better hold onto it for the duration of your stay staff is... I stayed at this hotel on 18th nov. 2014 for 1 night and was happy to get free upgrade to a nice big room with a big bathtub. But was shocked to find out that the water pressure for the rain water shower was very weak. It took me more than an hour to wash my hair and body making... More

I have stayed in Boracay before. I have to say I was disappointed with this hotel. Let's start with the positive. The room was clean, the staff was attentive, breakfast was ok. The price is way to high for what you are getting. The hot water barley worked. They nickeled and dimed. They charge me extra for having my son.... More

The Tides Hotel Boracay's great location, awesome staff and top-notch room accommodations are just some of the best qualities that make it one of the finest hotels in the island. The lovely pool at the roof deck is my most favorite part of the hotel. This is the perfect spot to relax, read a book and enjoy the hotel's tropical... More

The Tides Boracay is a nice, clean hotel located in D' Mall (Station 2). It stands in the midst of this busy commercial strip, almost across the Hobbit House. For me, the location is its problem. I would assume that most travellers go to Boracay to enjoy the beach, although I admit many also go for its vibrant night life.... More

I'm not sure why my review is not being posted? We stayed here for a week last week Nov 17. The breakfast was great but room service food not so, weak stomach. The room is large clean, bed ok. The bathroom shower not practical. Tub is too high of off the ground, surrounding area slippery when wet. The door has... More
