The Tides Boracay is clean centrally located hotel in the middle of D-Mall station 2. It looks good yet not functional design as a hotel, the lack of an elevator will keep the senior citizens and handicapped at bay from their hotel restaurant, roof deck bar and sun deck pools on the 3rd floor. The rooms although small are cozy... More

Great Islands, the beach are beautiful. Everything so much cheap and nice place to enjoy. Will come back again to do more beach activities. Muslim food are a problem but we managed to sorted out on it.

Great location - D' Mall offers great shopping and food selection. Room is also good. The bed is so comfortable. The only downside is that they don't have elevator. And you can hear the music from nearby bars at night. Overall, it was a good stay. Reception staff was so accommodating to move our transfers to a later time and... More

We stayed for 3 nights booked for 2 night at Essential Room and 1 night at Exceptional Room. Upon check-in, they informed us that they have upgraded our entire stay into Exceptional Room. The hotel reception was nice. There is no elevator so you would need to go to your room using the stairs. The room looks modern. The bed... More

I have stayed here a long time ago but this is where I work-out. I love the gym here. Good facilities, fantastic gym staff, and very clean. This hotel is also meant for people who loves to the gym. This is by far the best gym on the island. :-)

This hotel is acceptable, no more no less. Mediocre rooms and poor breakfast. Occasionally hot water in the shower but not every day. Service ok and nice staff. The gym is ok. WiFi worked occasionally - but only in the reception area. We stayed for two weeks. For such a long stay I would definitely choose another hotel, with more... More

This is my second time staying here. As usual, I liked it. Service was a bit slow, but I totally understand it since it's a Labor Day weekend. On our first day, the pool was closed because it is being treated after a series of foam parties. Originally requested for a room with balcony but we got a room without... More

I think the hotel is in need of some renovations like a new paint job, the rooms were small the bathrooms very tiny, the toilets you cant even flush toilet paper down my partner had blocked it a few times by forgetting. The pool area was ok but the fake grass was hot to walk on, no umbrellas for the... More

Pretty poor value for money. The room I paid for wasn't available. The staff were great about it, and gave me a free massage in their spa to make up for it. Hot water didn't work, although they were able to fix it really quickly. Breakfast was poor, hotel wasn't great, but the staff were really nice and friendly! Ice... More

I booked this hotel because the airplane tickets i bought fell a day earlier and there are no more available rooms with the other hotel. Upon checking in considering that we already arrived late (7:00pm) it still took them more than 30mins before we were guided to our room. The room is small to our taste and tv was also... More
