Great location, secluded and away from crowds; cca. 15 min walk to the Mall...; The staff were very nice and accomodating; we stayed in a superior room, spacious and nicely decorated; very clean (cleaning twice a day!) minor: the room (Punta Eskina) is without balcony... Breakfast was ok, but rather limited... Overall experience: very nice more

After a business Trip to Shanghai I was going to Boracay. I was first time here 1983. I liked the Hotel very much, very nice staff, great location and you can wake up with bird songs in the morning and not with loud party people. Ok as single guy not that great action but I had great time at Fridays... more

I stayed at Punta Rosa with my boyfriend last week and we had a lovely time there. Punta Rosa is located at the far end of Station 1 and initially we thought it was a little far from all the amenities at Station 2. After settling in and getting our bearings it wasn't far at all. The 20 minute walk... more

Boracay Island is paradise for sure and from the moment we arrived at the Punta Rosa "Family boutique hotel" my fiance' and I had made the right choice for our vacation. We were among a wedding party of over 30 people and wanted a secluded spot for the daytime, close to Boat Station 1, as those travelling with us were... more

After deciding on Boracay as my winter getaway from Shanghai a few months ago, I set out to find the best hotel and value on Boracay. I read all the reviews on Trip Advisor and visited the hotel's websites. At the last moment, I found this place. The hotel is located on the north end of White Beach. Its a... more

We searched for weeks trying to find a hotel on Boracay that provided the best balance between price, location, amenities, and privacy. Then we saw the Punta Rosa, and we knew we had our place. Being at the northern end of White Beach, you almost feel like you have a private beach all to yourself. It was a perfect place... more

On my first trip to Boracay I booked a room at Punta Rosa. I wanted a beachfront and quiet location. I booked the Terazza Suite with the balcony and was very impressed. This is not a mega resort or even a high end luxury hotel. This is a boutique that provides a unique and charming experience. The view of the... more

If you are looking for a beautiful boutique resort in Boracay, I highly recommend Punta Rosa. I have stayed here several times and the property is well-designed and the staff are wonderful. The resort's manager, Irma, is delightful, friendly and hospitable. It is located in Station 1 just slightly behind Fridays Resort and across the road from Boracay Terraces so... more
