I am staying at this boutique with a group of friends for 5 days 4 nights. Hotel service is pretty good and there is a guard staying near the main entrance of the hotel to ensure safety is enforced. My friend and I staying in the family room called punta terazza. The actual room is far different from the photo... More

we were pretty taken aback when the transport first dropped us off, as punta rossa was located at the very end of station 1, away from the main area (ie station 2, d'mall etc). reaching at night and famished from travelling to boracay, we embarked on a walk along the beach in search of food. we walked past a couple... My partner and i booked this hotel for a few nights as a nice fancy hotel treat to ourselves at the end of a long stay on boracay. At the start of our holiday we ventured down punta rosa's end of the beach to see what we had to look forward to and were immedietly disappointed to find the hotel... More

Need to escape the chaos of daily life? Looking to create special memories? Wishing to nurture your soul? Punta Rosa is your answer. I've recently returned from a few days at Punta Rosa hotel, located at Station 1, Boracay. It was a wonderful experience... the hotel itself is located away from the island's "hot spot" that it's easy to forget... More

This hotel is located on the nicest end of the beach. Much quieter than the middle part of the beach and much prettier than the other end of the beach. The owner was absolutely gorgeous and couldn't have made us feel more welcome. I loved the rooms, they were spacious with lots of character. The sea view from the balcony... More

Nice quiet hotel, beautiful view from roof terrace but close to 80 steps up, half of the stairs are uneven stone stairs, no handrails, not to recommend for people with walking problems. Some rooms have small balconies, doors hard to open Beach on neighboring hotel quiet, some beach chairs and mats need replacement.

The rooms are big, clean and have a nice little balcony. The beach front is super quiet and relaxing (even during CNY). Order some drinks at the neighbour and you can use their beach beds. The highlight definitely is reroof terrace and the friendliness of staff. We celebrated a birthday and they were super helpful setting up a surprise. Also... More

We have stayed here twice now on our visits to the gorgeous Boracay. First trip we booked outright, second time we were booked at Willy's Rock but due to nearby construction making unbearable constant noise we decided to change hotels, we went to the owner, and negotiated a great rate, and we moved without a moments notice. We arrived and... More

The room was big. Walking distance to d mall. Don't actually need to take a mortar cycle. It was a typhoon season when we were there and it was really nosy all night when the wind blew against the window. So beware.

Punta Rosa was a great spot for a couple's get away. Right at the end of White Sand Beach, the location is perfect if you want to be far enough away from it that you can have quiet evenings on your balcony, but near enough (ten minute walk along the beach) to the busy restaurant and shopping area of Boracay....
