Nice quite peaceful boutique hotel located at Station 1,not that far exactly from the hustle and bustle of the White beach area.Breakfast is ok but may get tired of it, only ala carte offered .No room service for ordering food, but its not a cause for concern as there is a neighbouring resort ,Boracay Terraces Resort which guest of Punta... The staff was great, the view from the breakfast area, the size of the rooms, the hotel is close to the beach while not at the beach, on the minus side wifi was very weak, the hotel is far away from everything, with no taxi's around and the room had a very small window so was very dark. But we enjoyed... More

The location of the hotel is in the nicest and quite area of the White beach, up in station 1, super close to Diniwid beach. It's a 20 min walk or 50/70 pesos ride (if you know how to bargain with the tricycle guys) to DMall. We stayed at Punta Piedra, one of the 3 superior rooms. The room is... More

We stayed for 4 nights and the room was great. Breakfast was ok on the terase with the nice view. The hotel is situated in more quiet area more north of the white beach. The only minus is that hotel does not have sun chairs and its own beach. And last night neighboring hotel had a wedding, so it was... More

We stayed here last July 2008 and we absolutely loved it hence why we checked in here again in Dec 2014. Rooms are lovely, my family stayed at Punta Mare and my husband and I stayed in Punta Cogon. I want to give them 5 star the only fault I found this time is the lack of welcome drinks. It's... More

great place 10 meters from the beach, perfect location at north end of white beach. very friendly staff, nice breakfast terrace. very good value for rooms and location. we loved staying in the quiet area of Boracay, but beeing in 10 minutes walking distance from the "action" and countless bars and restaurants. we highly recommend punta rosa.

This resort is located at the end of station 1 in a little bit of isolated location, they have very limited rooms at various levels. We visited Boracay last month and stayed there on some recommendations. WiFi is free but signal is week, no complementry water or team maker in the room and the charges of that are highly over... The environment is quite quiet, away from the main stream large brands...but in the each, 10-minutes walk can bring you to the area around Friday, etc. with good environment. Spacious rooms, quite a different style with the normal hotels. Considering the cost, I think it is worth a good try while in Boracay.

I am staying at this boutique with a group of friends for 5 days 4 nights. Hotel service is pretty good and there is a guard staying near the main entrance of the hotel to ensure safety is enforced. My friend and I staying in the family room called punta terazza. The actual room is far different from the photo... More

we were pretty taken aback when the transport first dropped us off, as punta rossa was located at the very end of station 1, away from the main area (ie station 2, d'mall etc). reaching at night and famished from travelling to boracay, we embarked on a walk along the beach in search of food. we walked past a couple...
