Stayed here for a Business Trip. I got a room with a Horizon View which was quite big with a balcony facing the sea. The amenities were complete and okay. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons because of the sun's rays which come in via the floor to ceiling window and the window-type aircon which was at the... More

My husband and I made a last minute decision to stay in the Presidential suite at this hotel and we were very pleased. The presidential suite is the most spacious I have ever stayed in. It is very extravagant with timber floor boards, quality furniture, beautiful light fittings, detailed ceilings, very large bathroom and a fabulous Jacuzzi. It did feel... More

The overnight stay was very good. Facilities are clean. Service was efficient. Some of the buildings in the complex are undergoing repair and renovation due to the earthquake that hit Bohol last 2013.

We stayed here just a few months after the earthquake of 2013, so a lot of the facilities were still under renovation. Nonetheless, we had a good stay. We stayed at the rooms along the first street. The rooms were larger than expected with two beds and two additional pull-out mattresses. Sleeps four very comfortably. The rooms were very clean... More

I stayed at the Bohol Tropics during the 2nd week of May 2014 and to my surprise, the management has upgraded and renovated the pool side rooms! My room looked great and the bathroom was also upgraded. I am now pleased to recommend the Tropics as a place to stay if visiting in Tagbilaran. The breakfast which was included in... More

i believe its one of the good resorts in Bohol. guests can feel safe because the main door is small so the reception can see the people coming and going out of the hotel. A/C is fine which is a real necessity due to the summer heat. Very relaxing swim and dive on the pool. will come back again definitely

It was our first trip to bohol with my girlfriend as our anniversary celebration for 4 Nights. Hotel was very near to airport. 5 - 10 mins from airport. It is a nice & clean hotel with comfy bed, very nice bathroom with bathtub, nice beach scenery, love to take picture during sunset. I am commending their hotel staff because... More

We visited Bohol on November 20 - 22. It was unfortunate and too late to know that Loboc Resort (where we originally booked) is closed and damaged caused by the recent earthquake. When we arrived via Cebu Pacific we asked the locals where we can find the best place to stay. They recommended this hotel and they were right. The... More

I was in Bohol for a medical relief mission and this was the place that we were headquartered. As is true for so many places that were damaged by the 7.2 magnitude earthquake in October 2013, I have no doubts that the renovation that the resort is undergoing will bring it back to its former state. You feel quite safe... More

Bohol Tropics is a great place – should be the best if it wasn’t for the latest earthquake challenge in the town of Bohol. Although most of their facilities – swimming pools, club, karaoke bar (restaurant wasn’t even open on our first 2 days in Bohol due to lack of electricity) were not available at that time – I enjoyed...
