If you are looking for a place to stay that is within the city, then this hotel is good in terms of location. The transfer from and to the airport was smooth but my check in experience was not commendable. There were only two persons handling both the check in and the check outs and we waited for so long... The hotel is quite old, we usually choose the rooms that has a view of the sea atleast to have a relaxing feel while the breeze is blowing. But the rooms are big enough and has decent bathroom. The beds are comfortable and the room is clean. Breakfast is okay

The negative reviews I have read are pretty correct. I only wish I had read trip advisor before I booked/went to this place. The rooms were outdated but clean, however some of the fittings were falling off and/or not working. The TV in the room didnt work & the staff couldnt care less about it. The pool is clean and... I went for lunch yesterday and was deeply disappointed. The resort seems to have an air of decay about it now. On my walk from the car park to the restaurant I used the washroom. The water tap was loose and the hot air hand dryer malfunctioning. On sitting down I ordered a beer from the 'beer' section of the... More

The place is nice but the fact that you can't use all the swimming pools after 18:00 is a bit annoying, you can get free WiFi at the reception and in the bar but not in the rooms and that is kinda disappointing. Children do not get free breakfast and you will have to pay for the extra bed because... More

I stayed overnight on May 4 as I had to attend a wedding. The room I booked was a new standard terrace room which was discounted at p2,360, inclusive of breakfast. Room was spacious and clean. Much better than Alona Kew which I had stayed the night before. However, water pressure was weak and had drainage issues. You also can't... More

Plus factors: the rate, 2360-2635 pesos for a standard room. The good news is they can extend your company's corporate rate to your personal vacay thats less 20% (this is true if you're company already established a corporate relationship with the hotel). What can you get with 2630pesos? 1. Bfast is buffet style with 4 viands and fruit. Free-flowing coffe,... More

The hotel is located on a huge property. Our rooms were like villas, spread along side of the road. There was also the main hotel. The difference was that you had easier access to the road leading to the entrance of the hotel. Watch out when you close the door. The round door knobs are placed too close to the... More
