Accommodating and friendly staff! Tanglaw serves simple but great tasting breakfast. Rooms are clean and beds are a little on the hard side, which is good for the back. Pool area needs a little improvement on the aesthetics side. Overall, this hotel is definitely worth checking-in for a comfortable hotel experience in Puerto Princesa.

The hotel is not extraordinary and facilities need a bit of updating. The lighting seems dim and the bathroom needs renovation and better ventilation. The room aircon was also noisy and outdated. We could hear the water dripping from the aircon exhaust valve. It's the staff that makes the hotel a pleasant place to stay. Teresa L at the front... More

For people who like antique, old places or places with character, this hotel is for you. It's a bit pricey though so don't come here if you're a budget traveller. The food is great though! Cakes and pastries are must-try, coffee is great as well. There's a piano in the cafe, the furnishing is a fusion of modern and native... More

The Legend is a nice hotel with most basic facilities. The rooms are comfy, but don't give the feeling of luxury. Our room had a window AC which struggled to beat the sun shining through the windows. The breakfast was decent. The evening was better due to a live singer in the lobby. Visited the in-house restaurant/disc which wasn't too... More

The service is excellent and consistent in this hotel. The buffet breakfast is a plus. The hotel itself needs a little updating but overall its a great value for money. we will definitely stay here on our next trip to palawan.

Me and hubby stayed for 4 nights to complete our puerto princesa adventure. The property looks old. Reception is not so friendly. Room is kinda disappointed. Old furnitures, old noisy AC that cools directly to our bed by which my husband got sick. Pool is boring but we didn't care much because we re always out of the hotel. The... More

Hotel personnel are very accommodating. Daily breakfast is good and unlimited. Omelette is freshly cooked and the blueberry cheesecake and banana loaf bread are really very good. They also offer and manage tours. And most of all, very accessible to everything...fastfood, market, bank, atm, and most of all to the airport.

The hotel interior is pretty local looking. Good to take pictures in the lounge. Few choices in the buffet but all food are excellently cooked. One needs to be early in breakfast as few excellent food easily runs out. The kitchen staff are fast in replenishing the buffet table though. Hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating. I experienced booking... More

Sure, there's plenty hotel in Palawan but my favorite is The Legend Hotel. Why? simple, because everything you need is there. Clean, good food and everything seems to be in order. even their package for city tour is excellent.

We stayed here because we wanted to go to the Underground River Tour and the Zipline.. well unfortunately, we wish we knew that those places are actually 2 hours away from this hotel! We would have much rather stayed in Sabang where the Underground River and Zipline were located as those resorts were right on the beach. Instead we were... More
