Puerto Pension is a mix of luxury and rusticiy. It's a nice place and with a nice view. The rooms are clean and fully furnished. The breakfast is also delicious but probably for those who eat more than the normal need more food. They also have package tour with everything include. If you come here don't forget the underground river... More

As part of the Daluyon Beach Resort package deal, we stayed here for one night. Perhaps it's because Daluyon was so great that I was disappointed with my accommodations. You get what you pay for, inexpensive, native motel feel...only plus was it was a 2 minute walk to the beach walk...

I've stayed at Puerto Pension twice in the last 3 years and I've always been delighted by this place. Rustic, quiet, simple, clean, and the best beds I've ever slept in in the Philippines. To top it all off, it is a 'Green Hotel", build tastefully with local materials and environmentally awareness, as the solar water heaters show. Never slept... More

Puerto Pension has a native theme that is quite charming. It's a small property that has 4 floors, with the top housing their restaurant. We were picked up at the airport, free of charge so very nice. When we arrived at the property, we were given complimentary black jelly drinks which was nice surprise and also delicious. The rooms are... More

I stayed here one night while I was in Puerto Princesa. The accommodations, and especially the bathrooms, are quite rustic. That will please some, but I could imagine that it may put others off. The bathrooms are very basic--the kind where the entire room is a wet room and the shower is not a separate entity. If all of this... More

A clean and wonderful place with a great traditional atmosphere and a very nice restaurant. Great view and nicely situated - easy to get to town, to the restaurants by the water and tours. Very friendly staff from the reception on the ground floor to the restaurant on fourth - and definitely worth a stay.

Puorto Pension offers good value for its price. They arrange free airport pick ups and drop offs and they are centrally located within the city. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We booked this hotel twice before and after staying in El Nido. The massages they offer are also really good.

The hotel's overall ambiance reflects the simple life in the provinces, which is very nice.. The staff are very courteous both for local and foreign guests.. And a short walk away is the baywalk area where affordable food and beer are available.. I'll definitely go back to this hotel for my next visit in Puerto Princesa..

We stayed at room 20 which had a beautiful view of the harbor. It is an eco-friendly basic hotel but is very clean and comfortable. The decor is that of the Philippine native motif. It has a nice courtyard and balcony for relaxing. If you are looking for clean accomodation without the frill of a full resort, then this would... More

Who says you can't go home again? I was in Puerto Pension 3 years and loved it. A week ago I went back because I had liked it so much - and partly to test it out. Hurrah. It surpassed all my expectations from the airport pick-up to the airport drop off a week later. Just a lovely, well-designed place.... More
