Stayed at Aniceto's for just one night. The accommodation was simple, fit to the price, and familiar to anyone who's done a budget travel. All in all good. Our real appreciation was for the service at Aniceto's. After having the airline lose a bag, we ended up spending a day more than expected in Puerto, and the people at Aniceto's... More

Reservation: Very quick and excellent. Ms. Tess Lacao (owner) has been very enthusiastic in answering my emails. Location: The pension house was located in a strategic location. Walking distance to the park/plaza and to the church :) Service: A service like no other! The staff have been so helpful with our stay and they really made sure that you are... More

Good value rooms with private bathroom, nice roof terrace with kitchen, wi-fi, helpful staff. Definitely a good choice for a night or two in Puerta Princesa. It is a bit far on foot from the bars and restaurants around airport but very cheap tricycyle or jeepney ride.

A nice pension house that provides a nice clean spacious room at a very reasonable price, You can also use their kitchen utensils and watch tv or dvd. Everyone will appreciate the scenery during daytime especially when you go to their rooftop. Walking distance to the church and plaza. I am very thankful to the lady owner who made an... More

I gave 4 stars, it is not the Ritz, but for the price you get a lot for your money. The location is in the poor part of the city near the port downhill from the cathedral. If that was in Manila or cebu , it would be scary, but this is Palawan, the locals are exceptionally friendly, a few... More

My friends and I stayed there for 3 days last Nov. 2011 and we love the room given to us. Ate Tess (the owner) is very warm and accommodating (even from the time I texted and inquired about their pension house's availability). She also offered to book us the Underground River tour. The room where we stayed was clean and comfortable... More

If you are on a budget and are looking for basic but clean basic lodging in Puerto Princesa, Aniceto Pension can provide you with such. I was there last February 2012 and found the place, clean, the staff friendly. It was like being at home. I had my own room with private bath and electriuc fan for P350 a night.... More

If friendly staff, large room, rooftop garden, fan and own shower toilet for P550 is not cheap enough then go to Bankok. Each floor has a central common area but the roof top garden is OTT and situated some 15min walk from the main centre. There is alot of stairs but check out the reading area on level 3.

Stayed here for 6 months. I loved the place. They have wi-fi so if you need it it's available. There is a rooftop courtyard which is pretty and has a gorgeous view of the ocean especially at sunset. The rooms here are the cheapest in Palawan and the owners are very nice. If you tip the maids in chocolate they'll... More

The room had a broken window and tons of ants. They did seem to try to keep it clean but there were alot of bugs. Also not as centrally located as we were lead to believe when booking. Very cheap rooms
