We stayed 3 nights in the resort. Claude and his team are very nice people and supported us were they could. There is a mangrove forest in the resort and Claude explained us everything about the trees, flowers, plants and animals. We took the boat and explored the mangroved on our own. After that we went swimming on the riverside... More

A nice little guest house with bungalow style, we stayed here for four nights. Close to the beautiful river as we paddled up until it became too shallow but to get that far, you should be experienced paddlers. Approximately 800 meters to the beach where we were the only visitors, not 300 as stated somewhere on their website. No good... More

This was the place, in my first trip overseas, that cemented my love for Palawan and the people that live there. Staying at Palawan Mangrove resort was almost to good to be true, but here I was experiencing it for myself. I could talk about all the basic stuff like beds, showers blah blah, but that isn't important in a magical... More

Is the way you I would describe this place, It's a laid back and friendly place , and yes it's for nature lovers and those who seek peace and quiet. the bonus on top of this place ( clean rooms, hot and cold showers, private batjh and toilet ) , is Claude, ex fighter pilot, travelled around the world and... A hidden perl, where you feel like 'at home'. Claude, Marichu and their team do everything to make your stay 'a nice experience to remember' : their advice and their hospitality are sincere and good. A not touristy place where you can enjoy true Filipino life. Comfortable room (I used the family room) good food and if you are font... More

We spent two short nights at the Mangrove resort and wished we had more time to enjoy the beautiful scenery. The Langogan river is absolutely beautiful. We paddled up the river during the day and experienced the mangroves stunning wildlife and landscape. We loved how peaceful the location was and we especially loved the food. The owner Claude was very... More

We have spent 5 nights in Langogan at Mangrove Resort, which is located approx 1,5 hours drive from Puerto Princesa. I have to say that hospitality of Claude and Marichu is above all expectations Especially the Karaoke night :P), everything what we have read in the feedbacks is true. The resort itself is not big (like 4 bungalows), you feel... More

A Perfect Place For Nature Lover! Quiet surroundings,Friendly staff and Good food - Thumb up! I really enjoyed my stay at the Mangrove Resort. The staff is wonderful. My family and I stayed at the Mangrove Resort for six days. This was our first stop on our vacation in Palawan. I traveled with my wife and four children (14, 10, 5, and 3). I wanted my family to experience the real Philippines. Mangrove Resort opened our eyes to the true beauty of the philippines. Mangrove Resort is owned... More

. . . Claude would say . . about life on Palawan. After 5 of the most enjoyable days I've ever spent anywhere, I heartily agree. In fact, I'd like to become his neighbor someday. As for the Mangrove resort, look no further if you want a real vacation, a real experience, a different experience from the typical resort. You'll... More
