This place was very beautiful, and in a quiet location. We got picked up by the hotel driver and it's a gorgeous place. Lots of wood and very natural and relaxing. I didn't know but everyone in Palawan seems to take their shoes off everywhere! I like it, but it's kinda gross for the bathrooms. We got to the hotel... More

The hotel/ b&b is just like in their pictures, it was cozy and inviting. The front desk people were really nice, check-in and check-out was a breeze. ROOM: The room is small, yes but comfortable, A/C was quiet and cool. The bathroom was clean but the only problem we had was that it tended to flood, it bothered me but... More

Stayed last week with family. It is approx. 15minutes fom the airport. We stayed in family room beside the pool. I recommend the room, it is clean and spacious although initially we noticed mosquitoes in the room. So we asked one of the staff to apply mosquito spray in the room while were doing our city tour. After the very... More

We just got back from Palawan yesterday. I didn't doubt the travel agent who recommended Palo Alto. It was a beautiful B&B meant for either families or couples. From the time we were picked up at the airport, to the time we left, the service was good, the staff were friendly and courteous. We loved the tours, which the hotel... More

When we visited Palawan and stayed at Palo Alto, even if we were the only guest at that time, the staff are very courteous and accommodating... that is from the time we were picked up at the airport till the day we left Palawan. The resort is very nice. We had the pool all to ourselves. The tours were well... More

Best customer service, from the time of booking up to the time of checkout, everyone has been very accommodating. Upon arrival, the security guard assisted us properly on parking our vehicles, ushered us to our rooms with umbrellas. Unique welcome drinks (delicious malunggay juice) were immediately given to us. The room was set up very well. Additional mattresses are already... More

This place really made my birthday so special. I didn’t have any regret in choosing this place. The place is private, peaceful and clean. With the trees surround the place, hearing the chirping of birds in the morning and rooms made from woods, relaxing is the best word to describe the ambiance of the place. The staffs are accommodating and... More

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights last April 2014, even before my stay all my inquiries were all politely answered and even got a discount. The staff were very helpful. The place itself has a very relaxing ambiance, all made of bamboo and wood, and surrounded by trees, that is why it is so relaxing. A bit far... More

We booked a hotel through Gohotels then got on the plane, 2 hours after I closed the computer they sent me a message saying that they didn't do same day bookings. We arrived at the hotel in a fluster, the staff from Tiger Airlines had stolen $500 from my wallet and the hotel we had booked was booked out. We... More
