Name of the Hotel says it all. We experienced the hotel as very relaxing, with a lot of good service. Place yourself in the hammocks next to the garden for the morning coffee. We where to lazy to walk the first evening and had dinner in their restaurant, even as they recommended another restaurant as being the best in the... More

Quite simply, I would stay here again in a heartbeat! It's a very simple, but very, very cute hotel. The staff is very friendly and hospitable. The property itself is extremely well cared for, and the rooms are spacious, clean and wonderfully charming. The garden terraces connected to each room are such a treat. I hope I get to return... The garden of the Hibiscus Garden Hotel is a mix between Bali and the Pacific. Great hammocks to relax, beautiful flowers and many sculptures. However, the wifi is slow and erratic. Friendly staff, large rooms with a good working airco. The hot water is a bit difficult to manage, but whence the system is understood, no problem. Simple breakfast. The... More

For us, staying in PP after a week in El Nido, was just for the opportunity to go to Sabang for the Underground River Tour, and also a side trip to The Iwahig Prison. So after that infamous 6 hour van ride from paradise [El Nido], I can't tell you how happy we were to be at The Hibiscus Garden... More

Area's just close to the airport, with free airport shuttle to the area. Their restaurant's offers variety of meals which is just "okay" when you really are starving. I was really swept away with eating your meals by the garden :) Basic toiletries but bed's just fine for a tiring flight from MNL to PPS. Staff was indeed friendly and... More

This is my first time to check into the Hibiscus Garden Hotel in Puerto Princesa. My first time in this city. The first thing I noticed is the warm welcoming smiles that makes this place special. The lush tropical foliage is a labor love. The gardener actually takes the sprouts from the mature trees, plant it somewhere in the garden.... More

Stayed in this hotel over the new year. Room was a little old and dark plus loads of mosquitoes, but those are the only major negative points. Other than that, staff were friendly, neighbours were friendly, breakfast could be consumed in the café or served right outside your room. I really liked the garden which is attached to the room.

Stayed 2 nights, nice garden setting. Helpful and attentive staffs. Room rates are reasonable (1800 pesos), value for money. Quite near the airport and city proper. Taking a trike to the city proper will cost only 20 pesos for 2 pax. Poor wifi signal in rooms though, had to go to lobby or restaurant just to connect. .

We stayed three nights at Hibiscus Garden, and found it to be a pleasant refuge from otherwise unremarkable Puerto Princesa. The town is a jumping off point for other places on Palawan, and has few sights of its own, so hotel location is not critical. Hibiscus Garden is a bit out of town, but near the airport, which probably matters... More

This was one of the nicest places we have stayed in. Rooms were immaculate, beds comfortable, nice TV's and decent Wi-Fi connections. Bathrooms were spacious with hot water for showers. As an added bonus, they had the refrigerated stocked with water, beer, soft drinks, etc. Prices for these was minimal. Staff was wonderful and customer service was excellent. The breakfast... More
