The rooms are clean and our air conditioning worked great in the room - there is also a ceiling and wall fan if you don't want to use the air conditioning. Breakfast is included in the room, although fruit and brewed coffee is at an extra charge. There is no restaurant at the hotel, but it is within walking distance... More

Frontdesk needs to learn how to smile and welcome their guests. We booked a standard ac room for 1 night, and we are happy with the design and room ambiance. Pretty homey. Hotel has a very strategic location, near the restaurants and beachfront. They just have to improve their service.

By any means, this hotel/resort is not a luxury resort, so don't expect luxury accommodations. We stayed in rooms 7 and 8, which was very minimalistic - but, it served its purpose and was comfortable enough. It is right on the beach, so it has the convenience of walking from there to meet your tour boat. I must say, I... More

Had been lucky enough to book a room for 7 pax here. We got 2 deluxe rooms. This hotel becomes fully booked easily. Their staff were all polite. Not too noisy considering our room was facing the street already. Breakfast was also good. Price was very reasonable. I'd recommend it to anyone and I'd stay here again if I'll be... More

I booked a deluxe room, which had adequate space, efficient air-conditioning, but we had issues with the hot water (which was why we booked a deluxe room to begin with). It seemed like the water heater had no issues per se, but the water pressure was too weak for the heater to even work. The word "Resort" is also a... More

We stayed 3 nights with issues with the air con from the beginning. We reported it about 4 times. To be far after the 3rd complaint they offered to change it but I was one foot out the door. Although they later offered a discount, upon check out the discount was less than a dollar for 3 nights. Save your... More

I stayed here last August 29 with friends. I booked 2 Standard and 1 Deluxe Rooms. 1) We were able to reach the hotel at one in the morning, gladly the guard welcomed us although it was super late. (Can I mention that he was not that happy to see us? 🙊) 2) The design of the rooms are so... More

We stayed here for 2 nights and overall it was OK, although I find that this is one of the better beachfront resort in the area. The rooms are generally clean, there is a cabinet, a few tables which I think is unnecessary since this will only take space. Some may find this resort a bit overpriced. I was hoping... More

My friends and I stayed here as part of our tour package. We did not have any problem with the lobby/reception as our tour guide is the one taking care of things. It is a beachfront resort with rattan hammocks outside. They also have tables outside their kitchen for the guests to eat their breakfast. The service was kind of... More
