I liked the reviews I read and was not disappointed. We had booked the junior suite which was lovely, but I wanted to experience the outdoor spa bath outside the penthouse suite so we upgraded for the second night - no hassles! It is a beautiful, clean hotel with super food and excellent staff! We definitely will be returning!

By far the best resort I had the joy to stay at. Rooms are very clean and well equipped, food was particularly nice, enjoyed everything about Mermaid including the dive operation. Most of all the staff are extremely nice, they seem to work together as one big happy family and make you feel part of the family too
